And then, the road: Izu Skyline’s curves, the Kawazu Nanadaru Bridge’s astonishing loop and the romantic ocean view on the Bay Bridge. You will understand the uniqueness of motorcycle touring in the Land of the Rising Sun. Itinerary 1 - - Tokyo - Briefing and Welcome Party On the day before our departure, our tour guides will hold a brief meeting time to let you enjoy your tour in Japan in with security and fun. They will explain you Japan's riding rulse, peculiarity, Japanese culture and of course your tour schedule in detail. 2 - Odaiba Beach - Hakone - Odaiba → Hakone The start of our journey will be a riding on some of the best panoramic roads in the country, the Ashinoko Skyline, alongside the beautiful Ahinoko Lake and the legendary Izu Skyline, a curvy road dream of any biker. We will be visiting Oshino Hakkai, a small village located in the Fuji Five Lake region. Nearby there are eight ponds of extraordinarily clear water, fed by snow melting down fom Mount Fuji, filtered for more than 80 years through porous layers of lava. All the way we will be watched by him, Japan's tallest peak and well recognized official symbol of this country: Mount Fuji. We will end our day relaxing in the hot spring water of Hakone area, one of the most popular hot spring resorts in Japan. 社員名 3 - Hakone - Nishiizu - Hakone → Nishi-Izu The day will start with a Ropeway tour of the Owakudani Valley, born from a 3000 years ago eruption of Mount Hakone, being astonished by its sulforous vapors and the massive structure of the volcanic rocks. We will then return on our motorcycles to reach the Izu peninsula and its bright green wasabi fields, to have an authentic wasabi picling experience. You will then live the riding experience of your life on the Kawazu Loop Bridge, considered one of the most spectacular bridges in the world. The day will end the astonishing area of Nishi-Izu, into an authentic seaside resorts, where you will live the magic experience of having a hot spring bath while enjoying the view of the sea. **Due to volcanic activity, currently Hakone Ropeway to Owakudani is partially suspended. Entering Owakudani is off limits. Please watch updated information for your safe trip. 4 - Nishiizu - Nagano - Nishi-Izu → Nagano The day will start with the Nishi-Izu Skyline, one of the most popular riding roads in Japan. We will then move to the Numazu port to have some delicious seafood for lunch. We wil then move to the side of Mount Fuji, to enjoy an authentic ranch experience at Fuji Milkland. We will then move to the Chubu region, to reach our hotel on Mount Tateshina, in the prefecture of Nagano, famous site of the 1998 Winter Olympic Games. 5 - Nagano - Kusatsu - Nagano → Kusatsu After a marvellous ride on the beautiful Venus Line and its heavy curves, we will reach the city of Matsumoto. Here we will take a look at the Matsumoto castle, symbol of the city, made in 16th century and one of Japan’s most beautiful original castles. Its main features are its black wainscoting, which made it being recognized with the nickname of “Crow Castle". Our journey wil end in one of the three most popular hot spring resorts in the country: the ancient and warming Kusatsu city. The nearby peak of Mount Kusatsu-Shirane is the source of this city's hot waters, which, local people use to claim, can cure all form of pain except love pains. 6 - Kusatsu - Nikko - Kusatsu → Nikko From a wonderful hot spring location to another! This day will start with a majestic ride on the Irohazaka, mountain road famous for its heavy and challenging curves. It will be a challenging ride between lakes and mountains leading us to Mount Akagi for lunchtime to enjoy its beautiful scenery. We will then return on our motorcycle for some more mountain riding passing through the mystic forests of the Nikko area, all the way to Kinugawa. Another wonderful hot spring resort area. Here you will enjoy some delicious Japanese food into a luxurious traditional Japanese accommodation. 7 - Nikko - Odaiba Beach - Nikko → Odaiba On the last day you will be visiting the majestic Nikko Toshogu, the final resting place of the Shogunate founder Tokugawa Yeyasu. A masterpiece of Japanese architecture! Our next destination before the return is the dream of every sport rider. The only one, the unique, the majestic Twin Ring Motegi Circuit. Opened in 1997, its name is due to the particular structure of the course, consisting of two circuits: an oval and a road track, a conceptual structure symbolizing the idea of putting people and nature in balance. Read Full License Page 1/27 Abstract To understand the nutritional conditions of culled wild sika deer (Cervus nippon) and their suitability as a pet food component, we compared the ruminal community compositions of deer living in different food habitats (Nagano winter, Nagano spring, and Hokkaido winter) using next-generation sequencing. Twenty-nine sika deer were sampled. Alpha and beta diversity metrics determined via 16S and 18S ssrRNA amplicon-seq analysis showed compositional differences. Prevotella, Entodinium, and Piromyces were the dominant genera of bacteria, fungi and protozoa, respectively. Moreover, 66 bacterial taxa, 44 eukaryotic taxa, and 46 chloroplastic taxa were shown to differ signicantly among the groups by linear discriminant analysis effect size (LEfSe). Total RNA-seq analysis showed 397 signicantly differentially expressed transcripts (q < 0.05), of which 258 were correlated with bacterial amplicon-seq results (Pearson correlation coecient > 0.7). The amplicon-seq results indicated that deciduous broadleaf trees and SAR were enriched in Nagano, whereas graminoids, Firmicutes and fungi were enriched in Hokkaido. The ruminal microbial community were corresponded with different food habits, related to the severe snow conditions in Hokkaido in winter and the richness of plants with leaves and acorns in Nagano winter and spring.
