Preparation Method The work process and work approach related to preparation of the Report were both based on the Measures of China CITIC Bank for Management of Social Responsibility Reporting and the Information Management System for Social Responsibility Reporting of China CITIC Bank. Information about the Board of Directors, the Board of Supervisors, corporate governance and risk management information and financial data in the Report were sourced from the 2015 Annual Report (A Share) of the Group. -
