FSL (FOOD) • WFP head count: 11,354 (4,227 Households) flood affected individuals so far. Planned emergency nutrition food distribution (CSB+) scheduled for 30 Sep unlikely. The GFD will be conducted once WFP completes the SCOPE registration ES/NFI • Registration & verification by IOM ongoing – awaiting plastic sheet -distribution planned next week NUTRITION • ART, local partner (ART) responding in nutrition HEALTH • PHCC remains closed – cluster is negotiating with authorities to reopen the PHCC. SSHCO, local partner distributing essential drugs to IDPs in Mangala WASH • No WASH partner on ground but the cluster is mobilizing resources to respond.

KEY OBSERVATIONS • Two armed attack incidents on commercial vehicles past 48 hours • Response put on hold due to insecurity • Unsettled disputes among host community – Barri/Mudari • On land for IDP settlement END
