INSTRUCTION/TERMS & CONDITIONS (Tenders are advised to read the instructions carefully submitting their offer/quotations) 01 The tender has to declare that, the liquor as mentioned above supplied to the purchaser under this contract shall be of the best quality, workmanship, and new in all respects and shall be strictly in accordance with the minimum specifications and particulars contained/mentioned in the tender form. If the said store are found not to confirm to the description and quality of aforesaid store will be rejected, the decision of the purchase in the behalf be final and binding on the firms and purchase should be entitles to call upon the tender to rectify or replace the stores within specified time. ii) The purchaser shall be entitled to recover the cost with all expense from the tenderer for such defective/inferior/damaged stores and same will be returned to firm concerned on freight to pay basis at their own risk and cost. 02 The Purchaser will not pay separately for transits insurance and the supplier will be responsible till the entire store delivered in full and good condition at 164 BN,CRPF, C/O 56 APO, KOKERNAG, DISTT.ANANTNAG, (J&K)-192202. The supplier will be responsible for any loss of damage to the stores that may occur during the transit. 03 The price quoted should be on firm basis and including all delivery charges/sale Tax/Vat/Excise duty etc valid up to 31/01/2021 with FOR at 164 BN,CRPF, C/O 56 APO, KOKERNAG, DISTT.ANANTNAG, (J&K)-192202.Clearly shown separately on the quotations, The price should be quoted in Rupees/Paisa and quantity. 04 CST/GST/VAT/LC Numbers of the firms should be clearly mentioned in the quotation. 05 The representative of the firms who responded to our tender enquiry can be present at 164 Bn CRPF at the time of opening of tender on 06/11/2020 at 1600 Hrs 06 The firms who response to our tender notice should be produced the samples, of the above stores indicating all technical specification/features should be sent along with quotations or should produce while opening the tenders on 06/11/2020 at 1600 Hrs 07 The tenders should submit the following documents along with their quotations falling which their tender will be rejected:- Photo copy of latest valid sale taxes clearance certificate not more than one year old. Preference if any will be given to the firms who have past experiences of similar type of store. Condt- P/3-

-3- 08 Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) to the tune of Rs,26,000/- (Rupees Twenty six thousand) only should be sent in the form of CDR/FDR/BG/BC of any Nationalized Bank in favour of Commandant-164 BN,CRPF,C/O 56 APO, KOKERNAG, DISTT.ANANTNAG, (J&K)-192202. Along with the quotations. 09 No interest shall be payable by the purchaser on the EMD deposited by the tenders 10 E.M.D. of un-successful tenderers will be returned back as early as possible. Hence tenderers are requested to send a pre-receipt challan along with quotations, so that refund of EMD can be made well in time. 11 The tender/quotations may be sent by Registered post/courier/Speed post to Commandant-164 BN,CRPF, C/O 56 APO, KOKERNAG, DISTT.ANANTNAG, (J&K)- 192202 by hand tender/quotations will not be entertained. Tender received after specified date and time i.e. at 1500 Hrs on 06/11/2020 will not be entertained under any circumstances. 12 The tenderers whose rates are approved have to deposit 2% of the cost of stores as security money. On receipt of the security money. EMD will be returned to the tenderer. Cash Security deposit will not be accepted . The security deposit will be returned subject to suppliers being made in full within the stipulated period of delivery at 164 BN,CRPF, C/O 56 APO, KOKERNAG, DISTT.ANANTNAG, (J&K)- 192202 by the firm whose rate are approved. 13 If the tenderers fail to deposit, the security money @ 2% of the cost of the stores within the time limit of 15 days on acceptance of tender, the EMD will be forfeited. 14 If the supplier fail to supply the stores at 164 BN,CRPF, C/O 56 APO, KOKERNAG, DISTT.ANANTNAG, (J&K)-192202 within the stipulated period of 30 days (Unless extended) the security will forfeited. No extension in delivery period will be entertained without L.D. which shall be charges @ 2% of the value of delayed suppliers per month. 15 The tender received after expiry of specified date and time i.e 1500 hrs on 06/11/2020 will no be accepted under any circumstances. 16 The firms should submit/send the tender with proper sealed envelope duly endorsing full address of the firm. Tender Notice number date due date and time should be written in bold letters on the envelopes. 17 Payment of stores is likely to be made within two months from the date of receipt of complete store/bill. 18 The store will be delivered at 164 BN,CRPF, C/O 56 APO, KOKERNAG, DISTT.ANANTNAG, (J&K)-192202. On receipt of stores in 164 BN CRPF at KOKERNAG will be checked/tested by a board of officers detailed by this unit and if any items is found inferior, the store will be rejected and rejected stores will have to be taken back by the supplier at his own cost and risk. 19 Quantity/Demand of store can be reduced/increased by the competent authority.
