ABOUT 46 WEST (Formerly The Roxx) - Now closed as The Roxx but still rocking with IMPACT LIVE concerts, 46 WEST is currently operating with IMPACT LIVE events strictly as a live music venue. John Derlis (IMPACT LIVE) and Rob Hamilton (Building Owner) having a long-time relationship are still making plans and improvements for concert goers sightlines – DJ speaker stacks blocking certain views from mezzanine VIP’s will be removed , plus adding tons of seating all along the second level balcony area creating tiered viewing, and finally LARGE TV’s will be added on either side of the 2nd level top bar, and within the adjacent lounge (formerly called the Foxx Lounge) wired for stage sight and sound. ABOUT THEORY OF A DEADMAN - Theory of a Deadman consists of current band members, Tyler Connolly – lead vocals, lead guitar (2001–present), Dave Brenner – rhythm guitar, backing vocals (2001- present), Dean Back – bass, backing vocals (2001-present), & Joey Dandeneau – drums, backing vocals (2010-present). Theory of a Deadman released their self-titled debut album Theory of a Deadman on September 17, 2002. The name of the band comes from a song off their first album whose lyrics describe a man preparing to commit suicide. That track was renamed to The Last Song. On March 29, 2005, Theory of a Deadman released their second album, Gasoline. After the release of the album, the band toured with and No Address. Starting March 1st of that year, Theory began a promotional tour, headlined by and .

On April 1, 2008, Theory of a Deadman released their third album, Scars & Souvenirs, from which they released eight singles, "So Happy", "By the Way", "Little Smirk", "Bad Girlfriend", "All or Nothing", "", "Not Meant to Be" and "Wait for Me". The song "By the Way" features vocals from .

In 2003, Theory of a Deadman won a Juno for New Group Of The Year, and in 2006 they were nominated for two Junos, Group Of The Year and Rock Album Of The Year. On July 12, 2011 the bands fourth album, The Truth Is… was released. The first single from the album, "Lowlife", was released on May 17, 2011.
