This year WBA nominated 30 teams in U16 various age groups to participate in WABL Joshua Ibukunoluwa, Georgie Cleaver, Kiara 2020. Waite & Tayah Morgan 20 of those teams made it through to the U18 semi finals! 13 teams made it through to Tom Gerovich, Tom Musumeci & Ella Doyle the Grand Finals, with 6 eventual title D League holders. State Championships and WABL Trials ‘Congratulations to all players who recently undertook Trials for our State Championships and WABL Teams.

This past weekend our U13 and U15 D2/D3 teams competed in the BWA State Championships. Special men- tion to our U13 Boys coached by Declan Ryan, going down in the Grand Final to Albany, while our U15 Boys coached by Josh Barham defeted Perry Lakes in their Grand Final. Harper Raison taking home the MVP.

The atmosphere between the teams and seeing all coaches on the weekend helping each other was great to see.’
