Leith, a 5-7 junior from Sherwood, Ore., was named to the All-West Region Second Team, while Clark, a 5-9 senior from Elbe, Wash., was selected to the All-West Region Third Team. Both played major roles in the Bruins' 22-6 record, No. 10 WBCA national ranking, 14-2 Northwest Conference record and league championship, and a run through the NCAA National Tournament to the "Elite 8". Leith was named the Northwest Conference Player of the Year after averaging 18.0 points, 4.0 rebounds, and 1.8 assists per game. Her scoring average was 5th in the conference and 35th nationally, and she set a new school record with 30 points in one half against Neumann. One of the best three-point shooters around, she led the NWC and ranked 8th nationally in three-point field goals per game (2.89), while her three-point percentage of .400 was 3rd in the conference and 28th nationally.
