An 8 gallon Red Wing blue-banded pantry jar was the item in this year's Red Wing Collectors Society (RWCS) Convention Auction on July 11. Thanks to its good condition and the fact that the 8 gallon size is quite hard to find, it drew an impressive $4,200 gavel price. Nearly 1,500 this 2 gallon Elephant Ear Ice collectors from around the country attended this Water cooler. It had a faint year's Convention in Red Wing, Minn. hairline on the back side.
