There are 1,139 such cities in the country today, each represented in the Conference by its chief elected official, the Mayor. The U.S. Conference of Mayors Hunger and Homelessness Survey 2008 was prepared by Abt Associates Inc. Respondents were asked to provide information on emergency food assistance and homeless services provided between October 1, 2007 and September 30, 2008.     Waterloo Road/Rock Road, Ketley - Traffic Calming Scheme Briefing Note Ref: NM20_CP08 September 2020 1.0 Background Concerns have been raised by residents with regard to the speed of vehicles travelling along Waterloo Road, in particular through the series of bends, also known as Ketley Town. This document sets out the review that has been undertaken and identifies the proposed measures to mitigate these concerns. The proposed measures would also support the current traffic calming features (speed cushions) that are already in place along the route to encourage speed limit compliance and also improve the area for those residents who live in close proximity. Concerns have also be made regarding the number of motorised vehicles using the public footpath which links Spring Terrace/Waterloo Road to Lavender Close, Lawley. This document also sets out plans on how we can mitigate these concerns and make the footpath safer for pedestrians and reduce noise levels for local residents. In addition to the proposals and as part of a maintenance scheme for the area, the current speed cushions along Rock Road will also be upgraded with rubber bolt down cushions. It is worth noting that Rock Road has recently been subject to School Safety Zone improvements which included the introduction of an advisory 20mph zone to address safety concerns raised by the school and residents; the options proposed in this report will help support this scheme. The review area being considered as part of this report is shown in Figure 1.1.     Chapter 11 Sperm Retrieval Techniques Chak-Lam Cho and Ashok Agarwal Introduction The collection of sperm from the male genital tract was first described in 1985 [1]. But the procedures of sperm retrieval become an integral part of the management of azoospermia only after the report of a successful pregnancy by using testicular sperm extraction followed by intracytoplasmic sperm injection (ICSI) in 1993 [2]. While testicular sperm are retrieved from men with nonobstructive azoospermia (NOA), sperm may be retrieved from either the epididymis or testis in men with obstructive azoospermia (OA). Cochrane meta-analysis has determined that there is insufficient data from trials to recommend any particular surgical sperm retrieval technique for either OA or NOA [3]. The complex interplay between male and female factors, and sperm retrieval and artificial reproductive technology (ART) means the management of infertile couples should be individualized. In this chapter, we describe the preoperative preparation and postoperative care for patients undergoing sperm retrieval procedures. The principles of selection among different sperm retrieval techniques for patients with OA and NOA are illustrated by 2 clinical scenarios. C.-L. Dr Potts saw the practice through the war period and the difficult early days of the National Health Service in 1948. On her retirement in 1959 Drs John and Irene Cox were appointed and were joined by their nephew, Dr Joe Cox in 1962. Government reforms in 1966 favoured larger group practices and the partners joined colleagues at Ansdell Road. This union was unsuccessful and so Dr Joe Cox began a new phase of the practice with his wife Dr Barbara Cox in April 1970. A rapid expansion in numbers of patients followed and in 1977 Dr Krishna Gupta joined the practice. For 10 years the practice developed in the converted farmhouse but again Government changes were imminent and in 1986 it was decided to build our current purpose-built premises. Dr Mark Preskey joined the practice in 1987 and the site at 178 Waterloo Road developed.

Written by Christopher Lee (Howzat, Paper Giants, Gallipoli) and directed by Matt Saville (Seven Types of Ambiguity, Please Like Me, The Slap), Friday On My Mind stars AACTA award winner Ashley Zukerman (The Code, Manhattan) as Australian music industry pioneer and record producer, Ted Albert. He is joined by an exciting line-up of talented newcomers, Christian Byers (December Boys) as Stevie Wright, William Rush (Waterloo Road) as George Young, Mackenzie Fearnley (Dance Academy: The Movie) as Harry Vanda, Du Toit Bredenkamp (Molly) as Dick Diamonde and Arthur McBain (Blue Eyes) as Snowy Fleet. Produced by Diane Haddon, David Taylor and David Maher in association with the ABC, Screen Australia and Create NSW, Friday On My Mind tells the story of five young men from incredibly diverse backgrounds creating Australia’s iconic rock and roll sound and taking it to the world.
