After graduating from the Aveda Institute in Soho, Erin Andrews honed her craft for eight years in New York City. While working in NYC, Erin learned from the best of the best in the salon industry. Today, she is one of only a few people in Northeast Ohio to hold her certification in the art of balayage through the L’Oreal Academy in NYC.

Erin consults with every client, evaluating the condition and integrity of their hair before beginning any colour technique. Whether its a color correction, babylights, sombre (subtle ombre) or Balayage, Erin’s colour is always current and her expertise makes her a natural favorite with her loyal clientele.

When Bonobos began in 2007 exclusively selling pants online, co-founder Adam Dunn set to create amazing pants with great fit: not too boxy, not too tight, but just right. While the company continues to sell online, in 2011 it launched a bricks-and-mortar retail experience as Guideshops. The concept re-invents the store to provide a personalized shopping experience where customers can try on products to find the perfect fit and purchases are then shipped to the customer. Today the company specializes in men's suits, pants, shirts, and jeans, and recently it has introduced athletic wear and women's and golf lines, bringing its dedication to superior fit to all aspects of its customers wardrobe.

Cleveland Clothing Company is a purveyor of locally-themed clothing, gifts, and accessories. Partners and native Clevelanders Mike Kubinski and Jeff Rees began the company aiming to make something cool, unique, and different. The company first sold graphic printed shirts online in 2009, and by 2011 they had expanded their line of offerings and opened their first brick-and-mortar location in Downtown Cleveland. As Cleveland Clothing Company continues to open new locations in the region, it aims to spread Cleveland pride one t-shirt at a time.

Eddy’s Barbershop is a classic traditional barbershop, with locations on the East and West sides of Cleveland. Restore Cold Pressed is a collection of modern, organic juice bars. Featuring a variety of juices, smoothies, and bites, they use only the highest quality organic fruits and vegetables. In-store juice experts provide made-to-order smoothies and personalized juice cleanses. Christie Pritt and Adam Wright, both Northeast Ohio natives, started the business in Cleveland after witnessing successful cold-pressed juice bars in New York City, and together they have developed a reputation of excellence in their craft.

Owner Robert Rosenthal opened the Xhibition's first location in the heart of the rapidly-redeveloping Ohio City in 2014. The concept was inspired by his creative team’s desire to build a store that didn’t quite exist in the marketplace. The mission was to educate and entertain clients. As a member of the adidas Consortium, a small collection of the most influential retailers worldwide, Xhibition provides access to rare and unique products and experiences.
