4. Proceed along the A20 towards Lenham for approximately one mile passing the Park Gate Inn and Golf Course on your right.

5. Take the next turning right sign-posted Broomfield (Broomfield Road).

6. Approximately 100 yards along, turn right through the iron gates with a lodge house each side.

7. A member of staff will direct you to the appropriate car park.

The Client should check the confirmation email carefully and notify Leeds Castle Enterprises immediately in case of any discrepancy or mistake.The maximum occupancy of any double or twin room is two persons unless sold as a family room when the maximum capacity is two adults and two children. The maximum capacity for our single room is one person.

Some of our twin / double rooms have space for a Z-bed or pull out bed suitable for a child up to 16 years of age for an additional charge of £50, which includes a child’s breakfast. We have a small number of travel cots available which can be booked in advance of your stay. If you require a travel cot please request this before arrival.

Smoking is not permitted in any of the venues or bedrooms on the estate and is strictly prohibited on the Castle Island. If evidence of smoking is found in the bedrooms or venues, a £150 charge will be made and you may be asked to leave.

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE - Check-in time for overnight guests is from 4pm*, although you may arrive on site from 1pm to enjoy the castle and grounds. Check-out time is 10am. If you require a later check out, please call reception for the additional charge and to make payment. Late check outs will be subject to availability.

Full English breakfast is served in the Castle View Restaurant between 8am – 10am.

Our evening restaurant is open 7 days a week, but can be booked out for private events. Please call to check availability and book a table. Please be aware that we are a venue that hosts evening functions and events, therefore one may be taking place during your stay. On these occasions the evening dining will not be available.

CANCELLATION - If you wish to cancel your booking, you must notify the Hospitality team at 14 days prior to your check in date to qualify for a full refund. Guests booking through an external agent must notify the agent directly. Any cancellations made after this time will not receive a refund. Leeds Castle Enterprises strongly recommend clients take out suitable Cancellation Insurance, including cover for Covid19 related illness and possible self-isolation. However, it may be possible to change the date of the booking (see Change of date).

Disruption to travel plans due to government public health measures for Covid-19. If Leeds Castle is unable to fulfill your booking due to UK government public health measures imposed as a result of the Covid19 pandemic making it is unlawful to travel to or to make use of the accommodation you booked, you may choose to:

a) Transfer your booking to a later date free of any administration charges, subject to availability - you will have to pay any difference in price if the cost of the new booking is higher or be reimbursed the difference if the cost of the new booking is lower.

b) Obtain a refund of the amount already paid by you for the booking If localised or personal restrictions are placed on you traveling (localised lockdown or isolation) due to UK government public health measures imposed as a result of the Covid19 pandemic mean it is unlawful to travel to or to make use of the accommodation you booked, you may: Transfer your booking to a later date free of any administration charges, subject to availability - you will have to pay any difference in price if the cost of booking is higher or be reimbursed the difference if the cost of the new booking is lower.
