BANK OF DEERFIELD MOBILE BANKING

Requirements

You must be enrolled in Bank of Deerfield online banking to use mobile banking. Only Android and iPhone/iPad devices are supported at this time. BlackBerry and Windows phone devices are not supported.

Downloading the App

To download the Bank of Deerfield app, search your phone's app store for “Touchbanking.” On Android devices, the app store is called Play Store. On iOS devices (e.g. iPhone), it is called App Store.

Signing on for the First Time

As a first time user of Mobile Banking, there is a one time set up. When you first open the app, you will be prompted for an code and user code. The access code is gomobile0623. The user code is your normal user code that you use for online banking at our website. You will then be prompted for your security question answer and password. After your login credentials, you will need to accept the terms and conditions to use mobile banking. Once you've accepted the terms, you will see your list of accounts indicating that you are logged in.
