The conference’s 2009 Coach of the Year Seventh Season guided her team through a dream season last year that saw the Dragons ascend to new heights of success in Villanova ‘96 the conference and make a name for themselves nation- ally. Dillon’s squad won the 2009 regular-season CAA 2009 CAA Coach of the Year title outright, knocked off 17-time defending tourna- 2005 CAA Co-Coach of the Year ment champion Old Dominion in the semifinals of the 2009 CAA Tournament and bested James Madison on Career Record: 96-84 (six years) its home court to claim the school’s first ever CAA Championship and NCAA Tournament berth.
