 Lost and Found Center [Business Hours] 10:00 a.m. to 06:00 p.m. (seven days a week) [Period in Effect] December 29th (Tuesday), 2020 through January 4th (Monday), 2021

Pass Office [Business Hours] 10:00 a.m. to 08:00 p.m. [Period in Effect] December 30th (Wednesday), 2020 through January 3rd (Sunday), 2021 [Notes] *Pass offices of Marunouchi line in , Kayabacho Station, Kasumigaseki Station and Shin- Station are closed starting December 30th (Wednesday), 2020 through January 3rd (Sunday), 2021. *Please be informed that the business hours of pass offices in , Nishi- , and Shibuya Station of Fukutoshin line differs from the above. *Please note that customers using Tokaido- Sanyo Shinkansen online reservation service (express reservation) or (smart EX), are unable to purchase Ticket at the hours beyond the business hours stated above.
