The Council of the Rural Municipality of Turtle River No. 469, in the Province of Saskatchewan, in open meeting assembled enacts as follows: (1) Pursuant to Section 29 and 32 of The Planning and Development Act, 2007 the Council of the Rural Municipality of Turtle River No. 469 hereby adopts the Official Community Plan, identified as Schedule "A" to this bylaw. (2) The Reeve and Administrator of the Rural Municipality of Turtle River No. 469 are hereby authorized to sign and seal Schedule "A" which is attached to and forms part of this Bylaw. (3) This Bylaw shall come into force on the date of final approval by the Minister of Government Relations. ATYPICAL NESTING OF BONAPARTE'S GULL IN SASKATCHEWAN by Robert D.
