Plaza de Españ a TOMATITO Gira Luz de Guía José Fernández Torres "Tomatito" nació en Almería el 20 de Agosto de 1958, en el barrio de Pescadería. entre una familia gitana de larga tradición musical. Ya su abuelo Miguel Fernández Cortés “El Tomate”, era habitual en las fiestas privadas de principios de siglo, y muy conocido entre los jóvenes de Almería, aficionados a las rondas nocturnas, por hacer dúo con su hermano Antonio Fernández Cortés, que tocaba la bandurria. Su padre José Fernández Castro “El Tomate”, que por ser mayor heredó el apodo de su antecesor, y que era aficionado a la guitarra en la intimidad de su hogar, tocaba el clarinete en la Banda de Música de Almería. Hermanos de éste, y por tanto, tíos de Tomatito son Antonio, que tocaba la bandurria en su juventud y que ha desarrollado su carrera como guitarrista en Francia, habiéndole tocado a tan grandes artistas del momento como Paco Isidro, y “El Niño Miguel”, virtuoso de corte clásico que ha desarrollado su carrera en Huelva, donde reside en la actualidad. Su debut como guitarrista de acompañamiento tuvo lugar en la Peña “El Taranto” con sólo 10 años de edad. A partir de este momento, su relación con la Peña se estrecha y le llaman para acompañar a muchos de los cantaores que esta Peña contrata. Su padre, “El Tomate”, en 1970 se traslada a Málaga y el joven Tomatito comienza sus andanzas por los tablaos de la zona, en concreto el local de La Cañeta Fotografía: Ana Palma en Marbella. Posteriormente trabaja en la Taberna Gitana como miembro del cuadro flamenco. Completaba su formación en esta época con Entre sus flamencos más admirados están Enrique Pedro Blanco y Enrique Naranjo. Duquende Y La Guitarra De Tomatito (1993) Gitana de Portugal (1994) [con El Kalifa] Participa con gran éxito de crítica y público en Guitarra Gitana (1997) diversos festivales internacionales: los de Spain (2000) [con Michel Camilo] Montreux, Nueva York y Basilea, el Festival Paseo De Los Castaños (2001) Internacional de Música de Estambul (Turquía), el El Guitarrazo (2001) [con L. Salinas y L. González] Festival Internacional de Guitarra de Lyon Como Los Gitanos Eramos (2002) [con Pansequito] (Francia), el Julián Arcas de Almería (España), Aguadulce (2004) etc. Ha realizado varias giras por Japón, Suiza, Spain Again (2006) [con Michel Camilo] Francia y Alemania. Anthology 1998-2008 (2008) Sonanta Suite (2010)1 [con la Orq. N. de España] SEGUNDO CONCIERTO Sábado, 4 de agosto. 21.30 horas. S. I. Catedral ÁLVARO PIERRI canadiense, japonesa y americana le han consagrado numerosos programas en solo o con artistas como Astor Piazzolla, Frank Peter Zimmermann, Charles Dutoit y grandes orquestas como las de Montreal y París. Álvaro Pierri recorre Europa, America del Norte y del Sur, así como Japón, Corea y China. Muy activo en la música contemporánea, ha estrenado obras de L. Brouwer, G. Santorsola, J. Hétu, A. Carlevaro, T. Riley y C. Domeniconi, entre otros, la mayor parte de las cuales le han sido dedicadas. Ha compartido el escenario con músicos tales como M. Forrester, R. Pasquier, P. Müller, F. P. Zimmermann, H. Beyerle, E. Sebestyen, A. Piazzolla, L. Brouwer, E. Fernández, directores como Ch. Dutoit, Y. Nezet-Séguin, M. Bernardi, W. Rajski, P. Steinberg, y cuartetos como el Cherubini, Alcan, Turtle Island Álvaro Pierri nació en Montevideo, Uruguay. String Quartet, entre otros. Comenzó sus estudios de piano con su Ha grabado para los sellos Métropole - Polydor (Francia), Blue madre y los de guitarra con su tía a la edad Angel (Alemania), Milan Records y Analekta (Canadá), y de cinco años. S. I. Catedral CARLO MARCHIONE Carlo Marchione nació en Roma en 1964. Público, prensa y expertos le consideran como uno de los mejores guitarristas de la nueva generación. Obtuvo numerosos primeros premios en concursos internacionales (Ancona, Parma, M. Guiliani, Ville de Sablé, Gargnano, N. Paganini, Città di Latina). Es invitado habitual en festivales de toda Europa (Italia, España, Francia, Holanda, Inglaterra, Chequia, Alemania, Austria, Rumania, Ucrania, Polonia, Rusia, Suecia, Croacia), actuando como solista y con orquesta y en varios conjuntos de música de cámara. En 1997 actuó en el prestigioso Conservatorio Tchaikowsky de Moscú y en la Filarmónica de S. Petersburgo, honor raramente concedido a un guitarrista, con gran éxito. En 1998 hizo su debut en el Berliner Philharmonie. Comenzó sus clases de guitarra a los 10 años. En 1976 ocupó el primer lugar de entre 100 solicitantes en el examen de ingreso en el Conservatorio Santa Cecilia de Roma. Carlo terminó sus estudios en 1983 con honores. Por su gran interés por la música antigua, ha participado en cursos con los maestros B. Davezac y T. Satoh (música barroca y renacentista). Catedral ANIELLO DESIDERIO En 1999 recibió el "Artista en Residencia" por la radio DLF alemán y el Bremen Musikfest, junto con el famoso violinista Gidon Kremer. En 2001/02 hizo una gira con la Rundfunk-Orchester de Berlín y la Deutsche Kammer Philharmonie, en teatros como la Alte Opera de Frankfurt, la Orquesta Filarmónica de Mónaco, la Tonhalle de Düsseldorf, Augusteo de Nápoles, Teatro Antico Roma, etc. Fue invitado como artista en la gala del 70 cumpleaños de Lorin Maazel. Ha grabado varios discos para la Frame; Waku Music, Koch Universal, y en 2006 fundó el sello discográfico Adoro Records. Desde 2005 es profesor en la Academia Internacional de Música de Koblenz (Alemania). Desde 2009 tiene un curso de dos años de especialización en el Conservatorio de Música de Avellino "Domenico Cimarosa". En 2009 creó su más reciente proyecto: el Cuarteto Furioso, Ha actuado por todo el mundo como solista y guitarra, violín, piano y percusión, con quien grabó “4 and 4 con orquestas como la Berliner Philharmonie y Seasons Piazzola&Vivaldi” producido por prestigioso sello los Virtuosos de Moscú (dirigida por el maestro Termidor, obteniendo una gran repercusión en más de 50 Vladimir Spivakov).

ANIELLO DESIDERIO “Il Fenomeno” 16.30 …il genere di musicista che sembra essere scomparso tempo fa, Aniello Desiderio porta con sé il pubblico con entusiasmo, come i grandi virtuosi Paganini, Regondi o Giuliani fecero nell’800: si vive un suo concerto con il fiato sospeso attraverso cambi timbrici, arpeggi e scale di straordinaria brillantezza e eleganza come una Ferrari… Stuttgarter Zeitung… Nato a Napoli nel 1971 inizia lo studio della chitarra classica all’età di 6 chitarra anni. I suoi maestri sono stati Pietro Piscitelli, Bruno Battisti D’Amario e Stefano Aruta; frequentando per diversi anni masterclass tenute dal compositore cubano Leo Brouwer. Si è diplomato nel 1992 con il Massimo 01 dicembre ore ore 01 dicembre dei voti e la lode presso il Conservatorio “A. Vivaldi” di Alessandria. Ha tenuto il suo primo concerto all’ età di 8 anni. La sua carriera internazionale inzia nel 1989. Si è esibito in tutto il mondo: Svizzera, Giappone, USA, Canada, Danimarca, Finlandia, Grecia, Germania, Turchia, Francia, Irlanda, Norvegia, Svezia, Spagna, Venezuela, Brasile, Cuba, Messico, Austria, domenica Polonia, Russia, Indonesia, Ungheria, Colombia, Olanda, Italia. Si è esibito sia come solista sia con diverse orchestre: Berliner Philarmonie e I Virtuosi di Mosca diretti dal M° Vladimir Spivakov. Dal 2005 è Professore presso L’Accademia Internazionale di Musica a Koblenz (Germania). Ganna Da Novembre 2009 tiene un corso annuale di Alto di Perfezionamento presso il Conservatorio di Musica “Domenico Cimarosa”. Dal 2009 è testimonial delle Corde per Chitarra “D’Addario”.
