Note: ‘Kanchan Seva Ashram’ submitted applications for three districts, namely Muzaffarpur, Darbhanga and Sitamarhi; however, Sitamarhi is a non-NTCP districts, for which applications were not invited; therefore, its applications for Muzaffarpur and Darbhanga has been considered. Similarly, ‘National Institute of Rural Management & Networking, NIRMAN’ has applied for Vaishali and Sitamarhi districts. Sitamarhi being a non-NTCP district, the application of this NGO for Vaishali has been considered.

C) The Committee members further unanimously resolved that the comparative sheet can be uploaded on the website of State Health Society Bihar (SHSB) and a period of one week may be provided to NGOs for inviting objection if any, on the evaluation / observation made by the committee. Any fresh submission (of missing documents) shall not be entertained. Any objections received after the aforementioned time would not be entertained. The applicants may submit their objections by e-mail on e-mail ID- [email protected]. Thereafter, the committee shall take the final decision.
