The Land Services Group is comprised of CBRE Canada’s senior sales professionals and dedicated support staff who focus exclusively on the disposition and acquisition of development land across the Greater Toronto Area (GTA), Greater Golden Horseshoe (GGH) and nationally, in collaboration with local CBRE offices coast-to-coast. Lauren White* Senior Vice President

Lauren White, Senior Vice President, has focused on land transactions since beginning her real estate career in 2006 with the Land Services Group. Lauren specializes in infill redevelopment sites in the GTA, specifically the 416 region. She consults and provides developers, land owners, users and investors with the comprehensive ability to evaluate the highest and best use of a particular land parcel throughout the GTA as well as assisting in the disposition of all types. While offering extensive knowledge of local market conditions, competitive land parcels, and the regulatory environment, she also assists her clients in forming a strategy for maximizing the value of their real estate holdings. Lauren prides herself in creating long- term partnerships with clients and CBRE business partners, referring and promoting business to both. She secures respective requirements by providing timely and accurate data regarding trends, directions in the local market, and marketing. In 2020, Lauren ranked fourth in the CBRE Toronto North Office for top sales representatives and ranked twentieth in the GTA for CBRE.

Mike Czestochowski** Executive Vice President

Mike Czestochowski is recognized as a leading specialist in the disposition of development land within the GTA and GGH. He is the founding member and Executive Vice President of CBRE’s Land Services Group and began his real estate career in 1984. He is an industry leader with substantial experience in advisory and transaction services with unsurpassed market knowledge, strong client focus and commitment to integrity. Mike has been consistently ranked as one of the Top 10 Sales Professionals for CBRE’s Toronto North Office since 1995. In 2020, Mike ranked first in the CBRE Toronto North Office for top sales representatives and ranked thirteenth in the GTA for CBRE.

Mike has consistently been involved with many high profile transactions, including government mandates and clients from publicly traded and Fortune 500 companies. Mike volunteers as the Chair of the Fundraising Committee and is the Director of the Foundation Board for the Markham Stouffville Hospital.

This year we realized the importance of teamwork cannot be underestimated. We are grateful for the strength of CBRE’s national leadership when it came to COVID-19 safety guidelines for conducting property tours, returning to the office and helping to steer our clients through these new waters. With determination, persistence and focusing on meeting our client’s needs first, our team was able to overcome the challenges of the pandemic which resulted in an extraordinarily strong year.
