The label was distributed by RCA Victor from 1974 until 1978. In 1977, the company was sued by an electronics company called Midland Radio about the use of the name. O’Loughlin and Reno were forced to change the label name to Midsong International which was the name of their music publishing company. In 1978 the distribution was changed to MCA briefly. Hochkarätige KünstlerInnen für Musical-Konzert-Highlight am Originalschauplatz Die HauptdarstellerInnen dieses einzigartigen Konzerts sind repräsentativ für die jahrzehntelange Erfolgsgeschichte der Produktion. Eine besondere Besetzung aus ganz neuen, ehemaligen und sogar DarstellerInnen der Uraufführung wurden engagiert.
