    Direzione Aeroportuale Nord-Ovest s Ordinanza n. 1/2021/GOA Il Direttore Aeroportuale Nord-Ovest, Visto il Decreto Legislativo n. 250/97 che istituisce l'Ente Nazionale per l'Aviazione Civile (ENAC); Visto il Codice della Navigazione approvato con R.D. n. 327 del 30 marzo 1942 e successive modifiche e integrazioni; Visto il Decreto del Presidente del Consiglio dei Ministri 23 gennaio 2008, concernente l'attribuzione della qualifica di volo di Stato ai sensi dell'art. 746, 4° comma, del Codice della Navigazione; Visto l'art. 3 del Decreto Legge 6 luglio 2011 n. 98, convertito dalla Legge 15 luglio 2011 n. 111, concernente i voli di Stato; Vista la Direttiva del Presidente del Consiglio dei Ministri 23 settembre 2011 in materia di trasporto aereo di Stato; Vista la Convenzione per l'affidamento della gestione totale dell’Aeroporto di Villanova d’Albenga stipulata tra l’ENAC e la Società Aeroporto Villanova d'Albenga S.p.A.
