Later the company is renamed to MK Lake Resort DOO. 2010 - The company becomes the sole owner of local sugar producer Sunoko DOO. 2012 - MK Group DOO acquires the local company Elan DOO. Mar 11, 2013 - MK Group DOO takes over its wholly owned subsidiary Agri Europe Invest DOO, based in Novi Sad. The latter no longer exists as a separate legal entity. May 23, 2013 - A new holding company MK Holding DOO spins o from MK Group DOO. July 23, 2013 - Dutch holding company Wheat Corn Holding B.V. acquires an 86.94% share in MK Group DOO from Switzerland-based Agri Holding AG and local individuals and becomes MK Group DOO's majority shareholder. 2014 - MK Group DOO becomes the sole owner of local companies M Agropivnice DOO and MK Agriculture DOO. 2015 - The company's subsidiaries MK Seeds DOO, Farm Co-Op DOO and M Agropivnice DOO merge into MK Group DOO and cease to exist. April 2015 - MK Group bids for the acquisition through privatisation of local holding company Poljoprivredna Korporacija Beograd, but withdraws in January 2017. June 29, 2016 - MK Group DOO sells the majority stake in Sunoko DOO to Austrian food company Agrana Beteiligungs-AG for an undisclosed sum. Jan 30, 2017 - MK Group DOO announces the acquisition of a 100% indirect share in Alpha Bank Srbija AD from Greek bank Alpha Bank AE for an undisclosed sum. The transaction is subject to regulatory approval. February 2018 - MK Group DOO increases its ownership stake in the Slovenian civil airport Portoroz to 38%. June 29, 2018 - The company takes over FSH Maxiprotein DOO, which ceases to exist as a separate legal entity.
