UNIVERSITY OF OREGON ATHLETIC COMMUNICATIONS 2016 OREGON TRACK & FIELD Oregon Twilight Hayward Field May 6, 2016 This Week: In the final week before the championship portion of the 2016 schedule, 2016 OUTDOOR SCHEDULE Oregon track and field will host the Oregon Twilight, Friday, welcoming back a March 18-19 Willie Williams Classic number of notable alums to take on current Ducks and professionals alike. The meet March 19 Lewis & Clark Spring Break Open is scheduled to begin at 1:30 p.m. with the men’s discus while competition on the April 1-2 Stanford Invitational track will start at 2:30 p.m. April 9 Pepsi Team Invitational April 14-16 Oregon Relays Up I-5, the group of Oregon decathletes will kick off the Pac-12 Championships with the Multi-Events Championships in Seattle, Saturday-Sunday. Mt. SAC Relays April 28-30 The 122nd Penn Relays Coverage: The Oregon Twilight will be broadcast live on the Pac-12 Network from April 29-30 OSU High Performance Meet 6-7 p.m. while the preceding portion of the meet will be streamed at www.goducks. May 6 Oregon Twilight May 7-8 Pac-12 Multis Championships Senior Night: Oregon track and field will honor 21 seniors on Friday night in front of May 14-15 Pac-12 Championships the west grandstands at 5:40 p.m. The group of 11 women and 10 men have earned May 26-28 NCAA West Preliminary Round 31 All-America honors during their time as Ducks. The group will leave with five Pac- 12 Championships on both the men’s and women’s side as well as a total of 10 NCAA June 8-11 NCAA Outdoor Championships team championships. Modin finished 2013, 2014, 2016 fourth at the conference meet last year as a sophomore while Delgado took sixth. Men’s Cross Country: 1971, 1973, 1974, 1977, 2007, 2008 Competition will begin Saturday at noon and 11:30 a.m. on Sunday. Highlights from the Women’s Cross Country: 1983, 1987, 2012 weekend, as well as the main portion of the Championship meet, will air as part of a three Conference Championships: 66 hour show on Sunday, May 22 on the Pac-12 Networks. The women are No. 3 while the men come in at No. 7. 1979, 1982, 1988, 1989, 1990, 1992, Pac-12 Athlete of the Week: (4/19) Devon Allen and Hannah Cunliffe were named Pac-12 1995, 2006, 2007, 2008 Track Athletes of the Week on April 19. Allen won four events at the Oregon Relays while Women’s Cross Country: 1976, 1977, 1978, running the fifth-fastest time in Oregon history in the 200 (20.68). Cunliffe was a member 1979, 1980, 1982, of the winning 4x100 team, won the 100 and finished second in the 200 at the Mt. SAC 1983, 1984, 1985, Relays. Cunliffe ran 10.99 in the 100 and 22.71 in the 200, both of which put her among 1986, 1987, 1988, the top four in Oregon history.
