Sansosti Career Summary Executive Managing Director Executive Committee Member Mr. Sansosti is an Executive Managing Director in the Pittsburgh office of HFF with more than 30 years of experience in commercial real estate investment banking. He specializes in the execution and expansion of the firm’s capital markets platform through the representation of institutional and private owners of institutional-grade commercial real estate properties throughout the United States. As a member of the HFF Executive Committee, Mr. Sansosti is responsible for the overall direction of the firm’s 26 offices. Additionally, he serves as co-leader of HFF’s National Debt and Loan Sales platforms. Since joining HFF, Mr. Sansosti has been involved in more than $10 billion of capital markets transaction volume. Macy’s Midwest (MMW), formerly Famous Barr, will convert to Federated systems on February 4, 2007. The conversion includes EDI and the obligation to comply with the Federated Vendor Standards manual, which is available at www.fdsnet.com. Also, as part of this conversion, 22 locations formerly included in Macy’s South (MSO) will move to MMW and MMW has one location realigning to MSO. To help you prepare for this last phase of the integration, we have attached listings of the MMW stores with their new location numbers and their new EDI mailbox IDs. We are requesting that you share this information with the appropriate persons within your organization. Everyone should go and print out information before you leave home and head to Pittsburgh! With regard to the reason you are going to be here ~ HOCKEY! Before we get started, make sure you follow the tournament rules -- Canadian girls must wear neck guards and US girls must wear mouth guards. This is a USA HOCKEY sanctioned event and as such, each team must follow the safety equipment rules for their governing body. Be sure to check in at the tournament hq, RMU Island Sports Center before your first game. IF your first game is early at another rink outside of RMU, then you can check in after your 1st game. Some of those challenges included a “lack of continuous sidewalk network in new developments” and incorporation of pedestrian facilities into roadway projects. ACTIVEALLEGHENY details the deficiencies and constraints for pedestrians in Allegheny County and offers solutions from engineering to education. 3.1 Walking & Rolling in Allegheny Pedestrians, and wheelchair users, have identified desired access to destinations in the County. Although some sidewalks and pedestrian accommodations are available in high density retail areas and neighborhoods, in many cases there is a gap in the network. As a result, pedestrian trips are converted to vehicle trips to access destinations which may only be a half-mile long. PennDOT’s Design Manualxxxii states “pedestrians are a part of every roadway environment and attention must be paid to their presence in urban as well as rural areas.” Pedestrians, City of Pittsburgh Desired Access Through discussions with stakeholders and the public and analysis of the online survey results, pedestrian access and/or improvements are desired in nearly every municipality in Allegheny County.
