The application site measures 3.5 hectares and is a field used for agricultural purposes; namely the growing of grapes. The site is occupied by a barn, which was approved in 2017 to be used for agricultural purposes in relation to the operation of the Vineyard. Since the approval and subsequent erection of the barn, it is stated that, due to a change in the operation and business plans of the Vineyard, the barn is now no longer required for agricultural use in association with the business.
