BODY PUMP (BIA) A fun pumping routine to replace your weight lifting regimen. Class is designed to get you in shape utilizing weight bearing and repetitions in a safe format. BOOT CAMP (BIA) This boot camp workout is designed to challenge your entire body with both cardio and exercises! CARDIO COMBO (BIA) May include step aerobics, cardio kickboxing, exercise balls, bands, weights and more! Different combos every class!
