The MSU skipper began the 2008 campaign with a 1,116-55-2 overall and 410- TTHEHE 303 SEC record in 28 seasons at State. He fi rst joined the MSU coaching staff in 1976, guiding MSU to an 888-422 record, 15 NCAA regionals and fi ve College World Series appearances before retiring from coaching following MSU’s 1997 advance- RRONON ment to the CWS.
