So far, we have worked with around 300 partners and realized more than 200 projects. One of our key partners is the community of deaf that counts more than 30,000 deaf and around 100,000 people with im- paired hearing. The linear process of urbanization as a part of mod- ernization has relied on a logic that interlocks rural and urban spaces in this region (Jemelka 2014, Brzostek 2014).
