After the Charles E. Culpeper Foundation merged with the RBF in July , the trustees formed a Strategic Review Committee and initiated a systematic review of the Fund’s grantmaking programs that will not be completed until . In July Colin G. Campbell, who had been president of the Fund since , left to become president of the Colonial Williamsburg Foundation. In late , the trustees unanimously elected Stephen B.
