(800) 562-4386 Directions to the Event Site From Washington, DC: Take US-1 South/14th St. Bridge. US-1 becomes I-395 South. I-395 South becomes I-95 South. Take the VA 30 exit, Exit 98 toward Doswell/West Point. Turn left onto VA-30 Exit/Kings Dominion Boulevard. Follow approximately 1.8 miles to The Meadow Event Park. Use Gate #3. From Fredericksburg, VA : Take VA-3 West to I-95. Merge onto I-95 South toward Richmond. Take the VA-30 exit, Exit-98 toward Doswell/West Point. Turn left onto VA-30 Exit/Kings Dominion Boulevard. Follow approximately 1.8 miles to The Meadow Event Park. Use Gate #3. From Richmond, VA : Take I-95 North towards Washington. Take VA-30 Exit, Exit 98 toward Doswell. Merge onto VA-30 Exit toward West Point/Kings Dominion. Follow approximately 1.6 miles to The Meadow Event Park. Use Gate #3. NOTICE The number of motels refusing dogs because of abuse of their premises continues to increase. We expect our exhibitors to be responsible guests. A report that an exhibitor at this show has abused motel property during this Show may result in disciplinary action by the Club. The Keystone Cluster reserves the right to decline future entries from the offending party in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 11, Section 15 of the Rules Applying to Dog Shows. PHOTOGRAPHY NOTICE Only pre-contracted photographers, contracted vendors and the press may take photos for commercial use. If you are a commercial photographer and you have a pre-exiting contact with a client, only photos of that client may be taken. You may not freelance and post photos for sale of dogs and/or handlers without a pre-existing contract. No exceptions! Private photos, not for resale, may be taken. This rule is in place our of fairness to the contracted photographers and vendors who have gone through the normal process to be part of these shows. If you wish to take photos for resale, you must contact [email protected] for information. Violators will be subject to an Event Hearing. Thank you for adhering to this policy. First Prize - $100.00 offered by The Keystone Cluster Clubs Save your armband each day and write your name, address and telephone number on the back of it. Drop it into the designated container at the trophy table. At the end of the day, the Host Club will draw the names of the winners. The Rules: ! Members of the each day's Host Club and their immediate family members are ineligible. ! The first armband drawn at the end of the day will win First Prize of $100.00. ! The armband must contain name and phone number or email address. ! Winner need not be present to win end of day cash awards. A check for cash prizes will be mailed if the winner is not present. You must show a photo ID to collect at the show to collect the prize at the show. ! Any check or gift card returned due for incomplete or insufficient address will become the property of the Host Club. ATTENTION EXHIBITORS Handicapped Parking: will be available only upon display of a valid disabled placard or license. These spaces will provide roadway access not closeness to the rings. You may be asked to provide ID that you are the legal holder of the handicapped placard or plate. Entry Fees (includes $3.00 AKC Event Service Fee & $.50 AKC Recording Fee) First Entry of each dog EACH DAY. $36.00 Additional Entry of Same dog SAME DAY . $30.00 Puppy Classes (6-9 & 9-12) . $30.00 Junior Showmanship as first entry . $30.00 Junior Showmanship as an additional entry . $30.00 3 KEYSTONE CLUSTER COVID-19 SOCIAL DISTANCING PLAN EVENT ATTENDEES VOLUNTARILY ASSUME ALL RISKS RELATED TO EXPOSURE TO COMMUNICABLE DISEASES. SIGN WAIVER ON NEXT PAGE. The following plan is designated at this time for the Keystone Cluster of Dog Shows and subject to change. Failure to comply could subject the individual to being removed from the grounds and/or disciplinary action in accordance with AKC's Dealing with Misconduct booklet. 1. All attendees (officials, judges, stewards, exhibitors and all workers) are required to follow state, local and facility guidelines in effect at the time of the event. 2. EXPOSURE TO COVID-19. If you have been recently in the presence of a person who has either tested positive for Covid-19 or has symptoms (coughing, sneezing, temperature), please stay home. If you are ill, feel unwell, coughing, sneezing or running a temperature, please stay home. All attendees are expected to adhere to social distancing and COVID guidelines in effect at the time of the shows, including wearing masks is required. 3. Please remember to bring personal face coverings, hand sanitizer, gloves, cleaning wipes, etc. for your own personal use. 4. Exhibitors and all participants should SANITIZE hands as frequently as possible. Sanitizing stations will be provided throughout the facility for use. 5. WE WILL BE FOLLOWING THE SHOW AND GO PHILOSOPHY: To minimize the number of persons near the rings at any one time, be aware of and adhere to your scheduled times. Do not arrive at your designated location more than 15 minutes prior to your scheduled time and exit the area upon completion of your participation. Every ring will have ringside crating available in designated areas only. Each ring will have an entrance and an exit gate to cut down on traffic. 6. NO OVERNIGHT CRATING DUE TO Meadow Event Park regulations, SO THAT BUILDING CAN BE DEEP-CLEANED EACH NIGHT. 7. Hand sanitizing stations will be available throughout the building. 8. After receipt of a signed waiver and successful required temperature check if required by regulations in effect at the time of the shows, individuals will be provided a wristband. Wristbands must be worn at all times inside the show building. If you lose your wristband or require a replacement you will need to complete a new signed waiver and successfully complete a new required temperature check. Show chairperson has the right to change the rules due to COVID-19 restrictions at the time of the show. 4 KEYSTONE CLUSTER AUGUST 11 - 15, 2021 Dog Show Cluster Waiver This Show will be held in compliance with COVID-19 state and local public health guidelines. Facility and host club safety rules will be updated as the Virginia Department of Public Health releases new requirements. Please be patient and understanding as we work to provide a safe environment for all. I understand that a valid entry requires my agreement to the guidelines set forth in this waiver by Greater Philadelphia Dog Fanciers Association, Huntingdon Valley Kennel Club, Penn Ridge Kennel Club, The Meadow Event Park, Site Control and RAU, Inc. I have read, understand, and agree to the following rules and procedures set forth in this August 2021 Dog Show Cluster waiver. • To the best of my knowledge, I do not have COVID-19. • I have not been exposed to COVID-19 within the last 3 weeks. • I have had no symptoms (fever, cough, etc.) for 14 days or more. • I agree to wear a mask in the building and under any show tent at all times, if required. • I agree to practice social distancing and frequent hand washing/sanitizing. • I understand that if I do not comply with these guidelines or refuse to comply, I will be asked to leave the show and entry fees will be forfeited. I am entering this show at my own volition and am responsible for my own health. Greater Philadelphia Dog Fanciers Association, Huntingdon Valley Kennel Club, Penn Ridge Kennel Club, The Meadow Event Park, Site Control or RAU, Inc., are in no way liable for any present or future COVID-19 infection incurred at any time by any person, in attendance or not in attendance, before, during, or after this show. With the exception of Handicapped and official club business, motorized scooters will not be allowed. All persons and animals on the event grounds at any time while the events are in progress, do by attending these events or participating therein, grant to the clubs, or in persons to whom assignments of such rights have been made in writing by authorized officers of the clubs, the right to photograph, televise, audiotape or otherwise use their likeness and voice in any manner without further release or consent.
