If you are a commercial photographer and you have a pre-exiting contact with a client, only photos of that client may be taken. You may not freelance and post photos for sale of dogs and/or handlers without a pre-existing contract. No exceptions! Private photos, not for resale, may be taken. This rule is in place our of fairness to the contracted photographers and vendors who have gone through the normal process to be part of these shows. 3 KEYSTONE CLUSTER COVID-19 SOCIAL DISTANCING PLAN

EVENT ATTENDEES VOLUNTARILY ASSUME ALL RISKS RELATED TO EXPOSURE TO COMMUNICABLE DISEASES. SIGN WAIVER ON NEXT PAGE. The following plan is designated at this time for the Keystone Cluster of Dog Shows and subject to change. Failure to comply could subject the individual to being removed from the grounds and/or disciplinary action in accordance with AKC's Dealing with Misconduct booklet.

1. All attendees (officials, judges, stewards, exhibitors and all workers) are required to follow state, local and facility guidelines in effect at the time of the event. 2. EXPOSURE TO COVID-19. If you have been recently in the presence of a person who has either tested positive for Covid-19 or has symptoms (coughing, sneezing, temperature), please stay home. If you are ill, feel unwell, coughing, sneezing or running a temperature, please stay home. All attendees are expected to adhere to social distancing and COVID guidelines in effect at the time of the shows, including wearing masks is required. 3. Please remember to bring personal face coverings, hand sanitizer, gloves, cleaning wipes, etc. for your own personal use. 4. Exhibitors and all participants should SANITIZE hands as frequently as possible. Sanitizing stations will be provided throughout the facility for use. 5. WE WILL BE FOLLOWING THE SHOW AND GO PHILOSOPHY: To minimize the number of persons near the rings at any one time, be aware of and adhere to your scheduled times. Do not arrive at your designated location more than 15 minutes prior to your scheduled time and exit the area upon completion of your participation. Every ring will have ringside crating available in designated areas only. Each ring will have an entrance and an exit gate to cut down on traffic. 6. NO OVERNIGHT CRATING DUE TO Meadow Event Park regulations, SO THAT BUILDING CAN BE DEEP-CLEANED EACH NIGHT. 7. Hand sanitizing stations will be available throughout the building. 8. After receipt of a signed waiver and successful required temperature check if required by regulations in effect at the time of the shows, individuals will be provided a wristband. Wristbands must be worn at all times inside the show building. If you lose your wristband or require a replacement you will need to complete a new signed waiver and successfully complete a new required temperature check.

Facility and host club safety rules will be updated as the Virginia Department of Public Health releases new requirements. All persons and animals on the event grounds at any time while the events are in progress, do by attending these events or participating therein, grant to the clubs, or in persons to whom assignments of such rights have been made in writing by authorized officers of the clubs, the right to photograph, televise, audiotape or otherwise use their likeness and voice in any manner without further release or consent. 6 Keystone Cluster RV & Reserved Prime Parking

Overnight reservations are available on a first come, first served basis.

RVs may arrive on the grounds to park after 12:00 Noon, Tuesday, August 10, 2021. The fee is $60.00 per night per space. As available, electricity will be included in the parking fee. RV parking will be in assigned spaces and only one vehicle permitted per space. A tow unit with a trailer is considered one vehicle. All units must be self contained. No waste or gray water may be discharged onto the grounds. Confirmation will only be sent if a stamped self- addressed envelope is included with the reservation request. This confirmation will include a reference number which will help parking personnel direct you to your RV space quickly. Please include a “self-addressed stamped envelope” for confirmation of reservation. If you wish to park next to a particular party, the reservation applications must be received in the same envelope. No cones or other means of saving space will be allowed unless directed by Site Control personnel. Overnight parking is a privilege extended by the Meadow Event Park and The Keystone Cluster Clubs. No abusive or argumentative language will be permitted. Failure to follow the rules or direction of the Officials on duty will cause the immediate forfeiture of all parking privileges without refund of fees paid. 10 Best Owner-Handled in Show Competition - National Owner-Handled Series

The AKC Owner/Handled Series is a non-titling competition for dogs that are exhibited by their owners who are not professional handlers. This series of special competitions will be offered at dog shows across the country. All dogs that are owner/handled and are not owned or exhibited by professional handlers' meet the requirements for this competition. Exhibitors must declare their dog is Owner/Handler eligible at the time of entry using the check box on the entry form. Eligible dogs will be identified by an asterisk in the steward's book and the catalog. Dogs must be handled throughout the competition by an eligible owner. Professional handlers may not exhibit the dog in this competition. The Owner Handled Best of Breed will be selected from the dogs that are eligible to compete in the Best of Breed competition including Winners Dog, Winners Bitch and winners of the non-regular classes. ! If the Best of Breed/Variety winner is Owner-Handled competition eligible, it will automatically be Owner Handled Best of Breed/Variety and be eligible to compete in both the regular as well as the Owner-Handled Group. ! If the Best of Breed/Variety winner is Owner-Handled competition ineligible and the Best of Opposite Sex to Best of Breed/Variety will compete against the eligible undefeated exhibits of the owner sex to determine Owner-Handled Best of Breed/Variety. ! If the Best of Breed and Best of Opposite Sex to Best of Breed/Variety are both ineligible and Select Dog and Select Bitch are both eligible, the judge is to choose Best Owner-Handled exhibit from the Selects and eligible Winners Dog or Winners Bitch. ! If one of the Selects is eligible, excuse all dogs of the same sex and then choose Best Owner- Handled exhibit from the remaining dogs of the opposite sex including the eligible Winners. ! If Best of Breed, Best of Opposite Sex to Best of Breed, Select Dog & Select Bitch are ineligible, the judge may choose any eligible dog remaining in the ring including Winners Dog or Winners Bitch as Owner-Handled Best of Breed/Variety. The breed will not be represented in the Owner-Handled Group if there is no eligible dog competing in the Best of Breed or in Best of Winners Competition. *Professional handlers are defined as any person who belongs or has belonged to a professional handlers' organization, distributed rate cards, or otherwise advertised or represented themselves as handling dogs for pay or received payment for handling a dog. A judge requesting the use of a ramp must give notice to the show superintendent/show secretary prior to judging. AKC approval is not required. The entire entry in a breed is to be examined in the same manner (ground, table, or ramp). At the discretion of the judge, the following breeds may be judged on a ramp through all levels of competition: Lagotto Romagnolo, Nova Scotia Duck Tolling Retrievers, American Water Spaniels, English Springer Spaniels, Field Spaniels, Welsh Springer Spaniels, Grand Basset Griffon Vendeen, Standard Schnauzers, American Staffordshire Terriers, Irish Terriers, Kerry Blue Terriers, Soft Coated Wheaten Terriers, Staffordshire Bull Terriers, Finnish Spitz, Entlebucher Mountain Dogs, Finnish Lapphunds, Icelandic Sheepdogs, Norwegian Buhunds, Polish Lowland Sheepdogs, Spanish Water Dogs, and Norrbottenspets (Misc.). At the discretion of the judge through all levels of competition, the following breeds may be judged on the ground, a ramp, or on a table: Boykin Spaniels, Whippets, Miniature Bull Terriers. At the discretion of the judge through all levels of competition, the following breeds may be judged on a ramp, or on a table: Mudi. The following breeds must be judged on a ramp through all levels of conformation competition: Clumber Spaniels, Sussex Spaniels, Basset Hounds, Cirneco dell’Etnas, Bulldogs, Chinese Shar-Pei, Chow Chows and Keeshonden. This extends to all conformation competition at AKC conformation dog shows and any AKC event where a conformation title may be earned. This policy includes Group, BIS, Junior Showmanship, the 4–6 Month Beginner Puppy Competition, the AKC National Owner-Handled Series (NOHS), and all other special attractions that offer Group and BIS competitions. Ramps can be used in emergency situation to judge any breed. In an emergency situation, where use of a ramp is not indicated in the premium list, an exhibitor has the option of withdrawing their entry and receiving a refund. For the judging of juniors the ramp may be used at the discretion of the judge for the ramp optional breed

NOVICE SENIOR CLASS: For Boys and Girls who are at least 15 years old and under 18 years old on the day of the show and who, at the time entries close, have not won three First Places, with competition present, in a Novice Class at a licensed or member show. OPEN JUNIOR CLASS: For Boys and Girls who are at least 9 years old and under 12 years old on the day of the show and who, at the time entries close, have won three First Places, with competition present, in a Novice Showmanship Class at a licensed or member show. OPEN INTERMEDIATE CLASS: For Boys and Girls who are at least 12 years old and under 15 years old on the day of the show and who, at the time entries close, have won three First Places, with competition present, in a Novice Class at a licensed or member show. OPEN SENIOR CLASS: For Boys and Girls who are least 15 years old and under 18 years old on the day of the show and who, at the time entries close, have won three First Places, with competition present, in a Novice Showmanship Class at a licensed or member show. MASTER CLASS: This Class will be for boys and girls who are at least 9 years old and under 18 years on the day of the show, and who have won the 10 Best Junior wins with competition. The calendar for this class will consistent with the eligibility dates for the AKC Eukanuba National Championship. All Juniors meeting the criteria for this class are required to entry the Master Class and may change their entry the day of the show if entries have already closed. Once the eligibility time frame for that year has passed all participants return to the Open Class to complete for the following year. Competition must exist for Best Junior Handler. NOTICE Juniors with a dog also entered in another class offered at this show who substitute a dog not entered in this show must remit the difference between junior only and junior as an additional class entry fee. Juniors who have entered junior showmanship only who then substitute another dog will not be charged a further fee.

29 PUPPY EXTRAVAGANZA - SATURDAY, AUGUST 14, 2021 Open to entries from the puppy 6-9 months and 9-12 months classes only. Rosettes and Trophies will be awarded. No additional entry required. Best of Breed Puppy will be selected by Breed Judge following Best of Breed. Best Puppy in Group will be selected by Puppy Group Judge. Best Puppy in Show will be selected by Best Puppy in Show Judge. Puppy Group order will be announced. This AKC approved Special Event allows the puppy class winners in each Breed to be Judged immediately following Best of Breed to determine Best Puppy. If the puppy wins Best of Breed, it is automatically Best Puppy. The Best Puppy will then compete in their respective Puppy Groups for First through Fourth Placements The seven winners of the Puppy Group will then compete for Best Puppy in Show. BEGINNER PUPPY SPECIAL ATTRACTION SATURDAY & SUNDAY, AUGUST 14 & 15, 2021 Bring your Beginner Puppies (4-6 months of age) to the Penn Ridge Kennel Club Four to Six Month Special Attraction (AKC Sanctioned). One combined class will be offered for breeds and varieties of dogs that are four months and under six months and divided into Groups as described in Chapter 3, Section 1 of the Rules Applying to Dog Shows and the Miscellaneous Class breeds as listed in Chapter 3, Section 23. There will be a selection of Best of Breed Puppy in each Breed/Variety. All Best of Breed Puppy winners will then compete in their respective group for First through Fourth. The Miscellaneous class competition will be judged by breed followed by a group competition. Foundation Stock Service (FSS) breeds may compete and the winners of each FSS breed will compete in an "FSS Group". The Miscellaneous Group an FSS Group winners will be eligible to compete in Best 4-6 Month Puppy in Show. An AKC registration number or litter number is required for entries of an AKC recognized breed. FSS number or FSS registered litter number is required for Miscellaneous & FSS Breed entries. Dogs must be four months of age and under six months. Dogs are required to be vaccinated in accordance with their veterinarian's protocol in order to avoid inadvertent transmission of illness by/to puppies not yet fully immunized. AKC Rules in Dealing with Misconduct will be applicable to any person and dog entered at this competition. All applicable rules found in Rules Applying to Dog Shows will govern the conduct of this competition unless these regulations state otherwise. Exhibitors should plan on opening the mouth of their puppy for the judges. Breed standard disqualifications such as color, height, weight or dentition shall not be a point of consideration in the judging process for this 4-6 month Puppy Special Attraction event.
