Unaudited Operating Statistics

The board (the “Board”) of directors (the “Directors”) of Future Land Development Holdings Limited (the “Company”, together with its subsidiaries, the “Group”) is pleased to announce that in May 2019, the Group achieved contracted sales of approximately RMB24,759 million, and contracted sales area of approximately 2,032,700 sq.m.

The aggregate contracted sales of January to May 2019 amounted to approximately RMB92,869 million, representing a year-on-year increase of 38.17%. The aggregate sales area was approximately 7,961,600 sq.m., representing a year-on-year increase of 47.75%.

LAND ACQUISITION

A subsidiary of the Company obtained the land parcel No. Jin Bin Gao (Gua) 2019-2* (津濱高 (掛)2019-2號) in City by way of open tender auction. The land parcel is located at Ocean Science and Technology Park of High-tech Zone, and spans to Haiyuan East Road in the east, Huixiang Road in the south, Haiyuan Road in the west and Yunshan Road in the north, Tianjin City* (天津市濱海高新區海洋科技園,東至海緣東路、南至匯祥道、西至海緣路、北至 雲山道), and occupies a transferred land area of 48,662.50 sq.m. It is planned for commercial use with a plot ratio of ≤2.5. Land premium of RMB328,300,000 shall be paid by the Group.

A subsidiary of the Company obtained land parcels No. Jin Ning (Gua) 2019-09* (津寧(掛 )2019-9 號) and No. Jin Ning (Gua) 2019-11*(津寧(掛 )2019-11號) in Tianjin City by way of open tender auction. The project is located to the north of Jin Cui West Road, Town, Ninghe , Tianjin City* (天津市寧河區蘆台鎮金翠路西路北側), among which, the land parcel No. Jin Ning (Gua) 2019-09* occupies a transferred land area of 48,858.80 sq.m. It is planned for residential use with a plot ratio of ≤1.9. The land parcel No. Jin Ning (Gua) 2019-11* occupies a transferred land area of 56,037.80 sq.m. It is planned for commercial use with a plot ratio of ≤2.0. Land premium of RMB407,900,000 in total shall be paid by the Group.

The project is located at K Standard Division of Tangjiatuo Group in Jiangbei District, Chongqing City* (重慶市江北區唐家沱組團K標準分區), and occupies a transferred land area of 48,667.00 sq.m. It is planned for residential use with a gross floor area of ≤121,668.00. Land premium of RMB910,000,000 in total shall be paid by the Group.

A subsidiary of the Company obtained the land parcel No. HD2019-3041 in Qingdao City, Shandong Province by way of open tender auction. The land parcel is located to the north of Haibin 7th Road, Huangdao District, Qingdao City and to the west of Qingdao Synutra Dairy Co., Ltd. * (青島市黃島區海濱七路北、青島聖元乳業有限公司西), and occupies a transferred land area of 27,026.00 sq.m. It is planned for residential and commercial uses with a plot ratio of >1.0 and ≤1.8. Land premium of RMB216,478,300 shall be paid by the Group.

A subsidiary of the Company obtained the land parcel B in the north of Jingshan Road and the west of Qinhe River of No. Yan J[2019]1001* (煙J[2019]1001號) in Yantai City, Shandong Province by way of open tender auction. The land parcel is located to the east of Airport Road, to the north of Jingshan Road and to the west of Qinhe River, Yantai City* (煙台市機場路以東、荊 山路以北、勤河以西), and occupies a transferred land area of 17,216.00 sq.m. It is planned for residential, commercial service, public management and public service uses with a plot ratio of >3.0 and ≤3.55. Land premium of RMB470,000,000 shall be paid by the Group.

A subsidiary of the Company obtained the land parcel No. Taiping Street TP060701* (太平街道 TP060701號) in Wenling City, Taizhou City, Zhejiang Province by way of open tender auction. The land parcel is located at Pingxia Village, Taiping Street, Wenling City* (溫嶺市太平街道屏 下村), and occupies a transferred land area of 25,886.00 sq.m. It is planned for residential and commercial uses with a plot ratio of >1.0 and ≤2.18. Land premium of RMB477,600,000 shall be paid by the Group.

A subsidiary of the Company obtained the land parcels No. 2019-7 and No. 2019-9 in Tai’an City, Shandong Province by way of open tender auction, among which, the land parcel No. 2019-7 is located at High-speed Railway New District of Tai’an City, and spans to Tai’an Taishan Urban and Rural Construction and Development Co., Ltd. in the north, Yandi South Street in the south, Tai’an Taishan Urban and Rural Construction Development Co., Ltd. in the west and Shengshi East Road in the east * (泰安市高鐵新區,北至泰安泰山城鄉建設發展有限公司、南至堰堤南 街、西至泰安泰山城鄉建設發展有限公司、東至盛世東路), and occupies a transferred land area of 59,846.00 sq.m. It is planned for residential use with a plot ratio of >1.0 and ≤2.8; and the land parcel No. 2019-9 is located at High-speed Railway New District, Tai’an City, and spans to Yandi North Street in the north, Yandi South Street in the south, Shengshi West Road in the west and Shengshi East Road in the east* (泰安市高鐵新區,北至堰堤北街,南至堰堤南街,西至盛世 西路,東至盛世東路), and occupies a transferred land area of 103,224.00 sq.m. It is planned for residential use with a plot ratio of >1.0 and ≤2.7. Land premium of RMB1,627,375,000 in total shall be paid by the Group.

A subsidiary of the Company obtained the land parcel No. 2018A-129 in Rizhao City, Shandong Province by way of open tender auction. The land parcel is located to the south of Weifang Road, to the west of Yanyang Road and to the east of Xinyang Road, Rizhao City* (日照市,濰坊 路以南、豔陽路以西、新陽路以東), and occupies a transferred land area of 48,647.66 sq.m. It is planned for residential and commercial uses with a plot ratio of ≤2.5. Land premium of RMB414,000,000 shall be paid by the Group.

2 A subsidiary of the Company obtained the land parcel No. 2019-027 in Linyi City, Shandong Province by way of open tender auction. The land parcel is located to the southeast of the intersection of Jingquan Road and Yutang Street, Hedong District, Linyi City* (臨沂市河東區景泉 路與禦湯街交匯處東南), and occupies a transferred land area of 61,541.00 sq.m. It is planned for residential use with a plot ratio of ≤1.2. Land premium of RMB111,000,000 shall be paid by the Group.

A subsidiary of the Company obtained the land parcel No. 1901 in Wuhu City, Anhui Province by way of open tender auction. The land parcel is located at Yijiang District, Wuhu City, and spans to planned branch in the north, Affiliated Primary School of Anhui Normal University in the south, Cangjin Road in the west and parcel land B at the east of Cangjin Road in the east * (蕪湖市弋江 區,北至規劃支路、南至安師大附屬小學、西至倉津路、東至倉津路東側B地塊), and occupies a transferred land area of 62,643.00 sq.m. It is planned for residential use with a plot ratio of ≤2.0. Land premium of RMB874,255,600 shall be paid by the Group.

A subsidiary of the Company obtained the land parcel No. 2019-23 in Bozhou City, Anhui Province by way of open tender auction. The land parcel is located to the south of Baihe Road, to the west of Jian’an Road and to the north of Jiucheng Avenue, Bozhou City* (亳州市百合路南、 建安路西、酒城大道北), and occupies a transferred land area of 109,619.90 sq.m. It is planned for residential and commercial uses with a plot ratio of ≤1.6. Land premium of RMB415,000,000 shall be paid by the Group.

A subsidiary of the Company obtained the land parcel No. [2018]-100 in Fuyang City, Anhui Province by way of open tender auction. The land parcel is located to the east of Tengfei Road and to the south of Rainbow Road, Economic Development Zone, Fuyang City* (阜陽市經開區騰飛 路東側、彩虹路南側), and occupies a transferred land area of 63,721.00 sq.m. It is planned for residential use with a plot ratio of ≤2.2. Land premium of RMB367,990,700 shall be paid by the Group.

A subsidiary of the Company obtained the land parcel No. Shang Tu Wang Gua 2019-4* (商土網 掛2019-4號) in Shangqiu City, Henan Province by way of open tender auction. The land parcel is located at the Demonstration Zone of Shangqiu City, and spans to Tengfei Road in the east, Fangyu Road in the south, Meihua Road in the west and Xueyuan Road in the north* (商丘市示 範區,東至騰飛路、南至方域路、西至梅花路、北至雪苑路), and occupies a transferred land area of 26,190.80 sq.m. It is planned for residential use with a plot ratio of >1.0 and <2.8. Land premium of RMB176,770,600 shall be paid by the Group.

A subsidiary of the Company obtained the land parcels No. 201931 and No. 201932 in Xiangyang City, Hubei Province by way of open tender auction. The project is located to the east of Jiaotong Road and to the south of Diamond Avenue, Xiangzhou District, Xiangyang City* (襄陽市襄州區 交通路以東、鑽石大道以南). It is planned for residential use, among which, the land parcel No. 201931 occupies a transferred land area of 46,293.00 sq.m. with a plot ratio of >1.0 and ≤2.5; and the land parcel No. 201932 occupies a transferred land area of 47,553.00 sq.m. with a plot ratio of >1.0 and ≤2.7. A subsidiary of the Company obtained the land parcel No. 2019 (TR)-18 in Renshou County, Meishan City, Sichuan Province by way of open tender auction. The land parcel is located to the north of the expressway of Huantianfu New District, Shigao Town, Renshou County* (仁壽縣視高 鎮環天府新區快速通道北側), and occupies a transferred land area of 40,086.37 sq.m. It is planned for residential and commercial uses with a plot ratio of <2.5. A subsidiary of the Company obtained the land parcel No. CD2018-66 in Xuchang City, Henan Province by way of cooperation. The land parcel is located to the west of Weiwu Avenue and to the north of Chenzhuang Street, Xuchang City*(許昌市魏武大道以西、陳莊街以北), and occupies a transferred land area of 90,063.00 sq.m. It is planned for residential use with a plot ratio of <2.7. Land premium of RMB342,123,300 shall be paid by the Group.

A subsidiary of the Company obtained the land parcels No. Yang Tu (2019) Jiao-10*, No. Yang Tu (2019) Jiao-11* and No. Yang Tu (2019) Jiao-12* (揚土(2019)交-10號、揚土(2019)交-11號 及揚土(2019)交-12號地塊) in Zhenjiang Yangzhong City, Jiangsu Province by way of open tender auction, among which, the land parcel No. Yang Tu (2019) Jiao-10* is located to the east of Union South Road, to the south of Yingbin Avenue, to the west of Xinmin South Road and to the north of Nanjiang Road of Yangzhong City* (揚中市,聯盟南路東側、迎賓大道南側、新民南路西側、 南江路北側), and occupies a transferred land area of 82,189.04 sq.m. It is planned for residential and commercial uses with a plot ratio of ≥2 and ≤2.7; the land parcel No. Yang Tu (2019) Jiao-11* is located to the east of the planned branch, to the south of Yingbin Avenue, to the west of Union South Road and to the north of the planned section branch, Yangzhong City* (揚中市,規劃道路 東側、迎賓大道南側、聯盟南路西側、規劃區間路北側), and occupies a transferred land area of 56,956.80 sq.m. It is planned for residential and commercial uses with a plot ratio of ≥2 and ≤2.6. Land premium of RMB933,880,000 in total shall be paid by the Group.

A subsidiary of the Company obtained the land parcels No. 20190406 and No. 20190407 in Dongtai City, Jiangsu Province by way of open tender auction. The project is located in Dongtai City, and spans to Dongyuan Road in the east, Taidonghe Road in the south, Hailing South Road in the west and Huiyang Road in the north* (東台市,東至東園路、南至泰東河路、西至海陵南 路、北至惠陽路), among which, the land parcel No. 20190406 occupies a transferred land area of 122,333.00 sq.m. It is planned for residential and commercial uses with a plot ratio of ≤2.5 for commercial use and of ≤2.7 for residential and commercial uses; and the land parcel No. 20190407 occupies a transferred land area of 76,356.00 sq.m. It is planned for residential, commercial, science and education uses with a plot ratio of >1.0 and ≤2.8. Land premium of RMB927,693,400 in total shall be paid by the Group.

4 A subsidiary of the Company obtained a land parcel in Lianzhuang Area, Taibaihu New District, Jining City, Shandong Province by way of open tender auction. The project is located to the east of Canal Road, to the west of Old Canal and to the north of Guqiao West Road, at Taibaihu New District, Jining City* (濟寧市太白湖新區運河路以東、老運河以西、古橋西路以北), and occupies a transferred land area of 232,099.00 sq.m. It is planned for residential and commercial service uses with a plot ratio of ≤1.8 for residential use and of ≤2.5 for commercial service use. Land premium of RMB1,496,870,000 shall be paid by the Group.
