‘THE VOWS WE KEEP’ Cast Bios

FIONA GUBELMANN (Hazel) – Fiona Gubelmann is well known for her breakout role as the female lead opposite on the critically acclaimed FX series “Wilfred.” She currently plays Dr. Morgan Reznick on the ABC hit drama “The Good Doctor.”

Gubelmann has a wide range of comedic and dramatic credits, including “Mad Men,” “New Girl,” “,” “The League,” “Castle,” “iZombie,” “Key & Peele,” “Parenthood,” “We Are Men,” “How to Be a Gentleman” and “Don’t Trust the B---- in Apartment 23.” She was seen in a recurring role on the Netflix series “One Day at a Time,” YouTube’s first scripted series, “Sing It!,” and the NBC series “Telenovela.”

Gubelmann has held lead roles in multiple Hallmark films, including the Hallmark Channel original movie “Christmas Next Door,” opposite Jesse Metcalfe; and, most recently, was seen as the lead in Hallmark’s original film “Royally Ever After,” opposite Torrance Coombs.

ANTONIO CAYONNE (Christopher) – Antonio is a film, television and theatre actor who originally hails from Toronto, but currently lives in Vancouver. As someone of Trinidadian and Dutch descent, representation has always been at the forefront of his interest in the work he pursues. He comes from a family lineage that is heavily influenced by both the arts and activism.

Cayonne's early years were mainly focused on theatre – both as actor and producer – finding his way onto many stages to mount new works with young playwrights. He’s had the opportunity to produce pieces of unconventional theatre, and he’s been lucky to find a team who draw together art and activism through the company he co-founded, Project: Humanity.

Cayonne can be seen on screens around in the world in roles ranging from “The Magicians,” “Prison Break” and “Chesapeake Shores” to the the iconic “The X-Files” and cult hits like “iZombie.” He has created a niche for himself amongst Hallmark Channel’s romantic comedies as a recognizable face and household name.

In his spare time Cayonne co-runs a restaurant group, is active in the community as a voice for anti-oppression work, and is raising his young sons in the wild West Coast with his wife.

LINDA THORSON (Simone) – Linda Thorson has lived and worked Internationally for many years. Born in Canada, she attended The Royal Academy of Dramatic Art in London. Shortly after that, she starred in The Avengers TV Series creating the role of Tara King.

Films include, The Second Time Around’ as the leading lady, Sweet Liberty as the wife of Michael Caine, Ken Russell’s Valentino, Half Past Dead with Steven Seagal, The Other Sister for Garryy Marshall, Straight Into Darkness with David Warner and Les Palmier du Metro written and performed in French, directed by the poet Youri.

Thorson has been spent much of her career in the theatre both in the West End in London, No Sex Please, We’re British and The Constant Wife, Titania in Midsummer Nights Dream at Regent’s Park Open Air Theatre, and on Broadway Noises Off, City of Angels, Steaming, Zoya’s Apartment, Getting Married by George Bernard Shaw. Other theatre work includes August: Osage County, The Seagull, Importance of Being Earnest at the Guthrie Theatre, Amy’s View by David Hare, Other Desert Cities, and National Tours of The Sisters Rosensweig and Shirley Valentine and recently Madame Arcati in Blythe Spirit at Pennsylvania Shakespeare Festival.

On Television in the US Thorson has starred in the NBC series “Marblehead Manor” and “The Avengers” for ABC TV. She also guest starred in many others including “Law and Order,” “Flashpoint,” “Rookie Blue,” “Star Trek” and “Greatest Christmas Party Ever” on Hallmark Channel.

Thorson has a one woman show called “What Comes to Mind,” ‘my life through song’, which she has performed in Cabaret in NYC and is now busy writing another show on a yet to be disclosed subject, one that is very close to her heart.
