Later, they go to pick up a 50-ton quarry truck and wind up playing chicken with a big-rig driver trying to jam up the job. Marcel’s Quantum Kitchen: Tuesday, January 10 at 9pm ET (6pm PT) “Sink or Swim” Surf legend Steve Walden is coming up on his 50th anniversary shaping surfboards, and his girlfriend, Brandy, wants to throw a party to celebrate. They seek the assistance of Marcel to create a luau in Steve's surf shop. Ghost Hunters: Wednesday, January 11 at 9pm ET (6pm PT) “Harvesting Murder” The team starts their hunt in a Plantation Village in Hawaii, which was once staffed by labourers from all over the world. Today, it's a museum, but the spirits of those who died during its years as an active farm remain. Then, the team heads to Lenox, Mass., where the 28,000-square foot Ventfort Hall has experienced spine-tingling paranormal activity including spirits touching people, doors opening, a female face descending a staircase and a whispering female voice. Whisker Wars **Series Premiere**: Thursday, January 12 at 9pm ET (6pm PT) “The Beard Circuit” Following the U.S. Nationals, the American Bearding season is in full swing, with championships in Ohio and New York City. The Biography Channel Chelsea Handler Biography: Sunday, January 15 at 8pm ET (5pm PT) A blunt and candid comic, Chelsea Handler was born on February 25, 1975, in Livingston, New Jersey.
