Expression of Interest Form

How can you get more people more active, more often? If your group or organisation is seeking Everybody Active Towns funding to undertake activities to help local people become more physically active, please complete the form below. This form will be used to assess to if your project is eligible. All successful Expressions of Interests will be invited to submit a full project application form and enter the competition to win funding through a local COMMUNITY VOTE.

5. In 150 word max please describe your project proposal. Remember to focus on the less active, not the ‘already sporty’ or very active . Make clear  Who will be responsible for delivering  How it will get more people more active your project more often  Who is going to benefit  Any long term benefit  What the funding is to be used for

These forms help us to assess if there is sufficient interest in your community to hold an ‘Everybody Active Community Vote’ competition for funding. Full project application forms will be provided to those successfully completing this stage. Your Expression of interest form should be received by XXXXX at the latest. Do NOT complete a full Everybody Active Town full application form until you have received notification from your Community Enablement Officer that this Expression of Interest meets our competition criteria and can progress to the full application stage.
