Monthly Pay Update. This Information Is for Non-Teaching Staff Who Are Not Already on Monthly Pay Monthly Pay Update. This information is for non-teaching staff who are not already on monthly pay. In June, we shared more information with you about the Council’s proposal to make changes to your pay cycle. So rather than being paid on a 4 weekly basis you will be paid on a monthly basis. We explained that we are having discussions with the Trade Unions with a view to reaching a collective agreement. We shared some additional information and encouraged you to read the leaflet ‘Monthly Pay’. We hope you have found the information helpful. We also told you that we would be arranging some drop-in sessions to brief you about monthly pay and to give you a chance to tell us what you think about the proposals and to ask any questions. A number of schools across Kirklees have kindly agreed to host the sessions throughout September 2019. The majority of these sessions will commence at 16:00 to allow you to travel to the nearest session without disrupting teaching and learning requirements at your place of work. Sessions are expected to last no more than an hour. A small number of schools have requested that we arrange drop-in sessions earlier than 16:00. You can attend one of these sessions, should you wish, providing these are scheduled outside your normal working hours. It is important that attendance at a session does not impact on the staffing requirements where they work. You are encouraged to attend one session, you do not need to book in advance. Trade Union representatives have been notified of all arrangements and you will be given an opportunity to meet with your representative at the end of the session. If you have any questions or would like more information, please contact: Lisa Melia: [email protected] or call 01484 221000 ext. 70660 or Darren Page: [email protected] or call or text 07976 194314 Monthly Pay – Non-Teaching Staff Drop-in Session Timetable: Venue Date Time HR Lead Mount Pleasant Primary School Monday 2nd 10:00 Sharon Crane Lockwood Road September Huddersfield, HD1 3QR 2019 Birkenshaw CE(C) Primary School Monday 9th 16:00 Laura Parsons Station Lane, Birkenshaw September Bradford, BD11 2JE 2019 Pentland I&N School Monday 9th 16:00 Barbara Horrocks Pentland Road September Dewsbury, WF12 9JR 2019 Wilberlee J&I School Monday 9th 16:00 Lucy Collins Heys Lane September Wilberlee, Slaithwaite 2019 Huddersfield, HD7 5UX Reinwood Community Junior School Monday 9th 16:00 Barbara Shakespeare Burfitts Road, Oakes September Huddersfield, HD3 4YL 2019 Grange Moor Primary School Monday 9th 16:00 Sharon Crane Liley Lane September Grange Moor 2019 Wakefield, WF4 4EW Denby Dale First & Nursery School Tuesday 10th 16:00 Darren Page Gilthwaites Lane September Denby Dale 2019 Huddersfield HD8 8SG North Huddersfield Trust School Tuesday 10th 16:00 Gary Scargill Woodhouse Hall Road, Fartown, September Huddersfield, HD2 1DJ 2019 Manorfield I&N School Tuesday 10th 16:00 Sharon Crane Manor Way, Staincliffe September Batley, WF17 7DQ 2019 Carlton J&I School Wednesday 11th 16:00 Tom Atkinson Off Upper Road September Batley Carr 2019 Dewsbury, WF13 2DQ Marsden I&N School Thursday 12th 15:30 Joanne Parker Brougham Road September Marsden HD7 6BL 2019 Crow Lane Primary & Foundation Stage Thursday 12th 16:00 Barbara Horrocks School September Crow Lane, Milnsbridge 2019 Huddersfield, HD3 4QT Whitcliffe Mount School Thursday 12th 16:00 Laura Parsons Turnsteads Avenue September Cleckheaton 2019 BD19 3AQ Netherhall Learning Campus (High Thursday 16:00 Tom Atkinson School Site) 12th September Netherhall Avenue, Rawthorpe, 2019 Huddersfield HD5 9PG Honley CE(VC) JI & N School Thursday 16:00 Lisa Irving Jagger Lane 12th September Honley HD9 6BT 2019 Bywell CE(VC) Junior Monday 16th 16:00 Barbara Horrocks School September Bendigo Road 2019 Dewsbury, WF12 7LX Moorlands Primary School Tuesday 17th 13:00 Barbara Horrocks Moorlands Road, Mount September Huddersfield, HD3 3UH 2019 Spen Valley High School Tuesday 17th 16:00 Sharon Crane Roberttown Lane September Liversedge, WF15 7LX 2019 Crossley Fields J&I Tuesday 17th 16:00 Lucy Collins School September Wellhouse Lane 2019 Mirfield WF14 0BE All Saints Catholic College, Specialist in Tuesday 17th 16:00 Suki Brett Humanities September Bradley Road 2019 Huddersfield HD2 2JT Newsome High School & Sports College Wednesday 16:00 Suki Brett Castle Avenue, Newsome 18thSeptember Huddersfield HD4 6JN 2019 Almondbury Community School Thursday 19th 16:00 Lucy Collins/Joanne Fernside Avenue, Almondbury September Parker Huddersfield, HD5 8PQ 2019 Holmfirth High School Thursday 19th 16:00 Sharon Crane Heys Road September Holmfirth HD9 7SE 2019 Westborough High School Tuesday 24th 16:00 Tom Atkinson Stockhill Street September Dewsbury, WF13 2JE 2019 Oak Cof E (VC) Primary School Wednesday 25th 16:00 Suki Brett Dryclough Road September Crosland Moor 2019 Huddersfield, HD4 5HX .
