The Plan is an important companion document to the Strategic Development Plan, giving substance to the vision for an integrated transport framework of systems, services and facilities that facilitates and underpins inclusive economic and social development under the SDP’s National Integration pillar. Although ownership of the Plan lies with the Ministry of Development and Institutional Reform as the Government’s lead transport sector Authority, there are many government and non- government stakeholders that I’m sure will contribute to achieving this vision for all of our citizens and communities. One of the principles that has guided the Plan’s
