The Minister for Planning has appointed a Standing Advisory Committee (the Committee) to report on proposals to rezone land Bacchus Marsh from the Residential 1, 2 and 3 Zones to the new Neighbourhood Residential Zone, General Residential Zone and Residential Growth Zone in the Moorabool Shire.
