WORLD TOUR® $100,000 TEXAS HOLD 'EM™ INSTANT GAME RULES

1. At each TABLE, use YOUR 2 CARDS and the COMMUNITY CARDS to make your best 5-card poker hand.

2. Do the same with THEIR 2 CARDS.

3. If YOUR best 5-card poker hand beats THEIR best 5-card poker hand at the same TABLE, win the prize shown for that TABLE.

4. Each table uses one 52-card deck.

5. There are no Wild Cards.

6. This game will not have a second chance drawing feature.

HOW TO CLAIM YOUR CASH PRIZES

1. Cash prizes up to $599 may be claimed, subject to validation, at any participating Texas Lottery retailer, at a Texas Lottery Claim Center or by mail. Cash prizes of $600 and above may be claimed, subject to validation, at any Texas Lottery Claim Center around the state or by mail.

HOW TO CLAIM YOUR WORLD SERIES OF POKER® MERCHANDISE PRIZE PACKAGE

1. ® merchandise prize package winning tickets may be claimed at any Texas Lottery Claim Center or by mail. Once a ticket has been validated by the Texas Lottery Commission, and any debts owed under TEX. GOV'T CODE §466.407 (Deductions from Prizes), have been cleared, the Texas Lottery Commission will provide MDI Entertainment, Inc. (MDI) with the winner's name, address, and phone number as designated on the Texas Lottery Commission Claim Form. Within approximately ten (10) days following such notification, MDI will ship the World Series of Poker® merchandise prize package to the winner’s address. All questions about prize fulfillment should be directed to MDI at 1-800-201-0108 weekdays between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. CST.

2. See General Rules for Claiming Prizes below for other requirements for claiming merchandise prize packages.

3. No cash equivalent will be given for any merchandise prize, except as provided in Paragraph 5 below.

4. World Poker Tour® merchandise prize packages may not be substituted for cash.

5. If a winner of a World Poker Tour® merchandise prize package is under the age of 21, the winner is considered a "minor" by definition under TEX. GOV'T CODE §466.405. That statute provides that if a minor wins a prize "other than prize money,” the Texas Lottery Commission shall pay the cash equivalent to an adult member of the minor's family, or to the minor's guardian, by delivery of a warrant payable to the order of the minor, if the amount is less than $600.

This luxurious ultra-soft black leather lambskin jacket features zipper front, front pockets and elastic waistband. Player’s choice of men’s or women’s style and sizes (S, M, L, XL, or XXL).

MDI may substitute an item of equal or greater value for something in the World Series of Poker ® merchandise prize package.

HOW TO CLAIM YOUR “THE ULTIMATE POKER EXPERIENCE™” TRIP PRIZE

1. “The Ultimate Poker Experience™” trip prizes may be claimed at any Texas Lottery Claim Center or by mail. Once a ticket has been validated by the Texas Lottery Commission, and any debts owed under TEX. GOV’T CODE §466.407 (Deductions from Prizes), have been cleared, the Texas Lottery Commission will provide MDI with the winner's name, address, and phone number as designated on the Texas Lottery Commission Claim Form. Within approximately ten (10) days following such notification, MDI will contact the winner to begin making travel arrangements and will ship the World Poker Tour® merchandise packages to the winner’s address.

2. See General Rules for Claiming Prizes below for other requirements for claiming the World Poker Tour® “The Ultimate Poker Experience™” Trip prizes.

3. Winners of the World Poker Tour® “The Ultimate Poker Experience™” Trip prize will have the option of accepting the cash equivalent ($20,000 before federal income tax withholding) in lieu of the trip.

4. World Poker Tour® “The Ultimate Poker Experience™” Trip prize winners must indicate on the Texas Lottery Commission Claim Form their choice of either the trip or the cash equivalent of the trip. The choice cannot be changed after the claim form has been processed.

5. The Texas Lottery Commission will withhold the federal income taxes, as provided in the prize structure for the World Poker Tour® $100,000 Texas Hold ‘Em™ instant game, on behalf of each winner of a World Poker Tour® “Ultimate Poker Experience ™”Trip prize and will provide each such winner a W2-G at the end of the year.

6. If the winner of a World Poker Tour® “The Ultimate Poker Experience™” Trip prize is under the age of 21, the winner is considered a “minor” by definition under TEX. GOV’T CODE § 466.405. That statute provides that if a minor wins a prize "other than prize money,” the Texas Lottery Commission shall pay the cash equivalent to the minor by depositing the amount of the prize in any bank to the credit of an adult member of the minor’s family or the minor’s guardian as custodian for the minor, if the amount is $600 or more.

7. Entry into a World Poker Tour® tournament event is based on availability at the time a winner schedules trip fulfillment. Grand Prize winners may request a current year’s or following year’s tournament on the World Poker Tour® official schedule. Trip arrangements are based on availability of each component of the trip prize.

“The Ultimate Poker Experience™ “Trip prize includes the following:

• One (1) entry into a World Poker Tour® tournament event (a maximum of $10,000 buy-in) at winner’s choice of tournaments located in the continental . If the buy-in is less than $10,000, the player will receive the cash difference between the allocated $10,000 and the actual buy-in cost.

• Airfare for two (2) round trip coach class tickets booked on a “major airline”, as designated or otherwise defined by the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), from all major and regional airports in the State of Texas that have at least two regional airlines that serve the destination.

• Ground transfers for two (2) from airport to hotel upon arrival to tournament city and from hotel to airport for departure from tournament city.

• Six (6) nights/seven (7) days hotel accommodations (double occupancy) at winner’s choice of tournament location. Winner, winner’s designee(s), or guests must also have a valid credit card or shall be required to post cash deposit for incidentals to check in. Winner’s designees or guests that are under 21 years of age are not permitted in casino areas.

• One thousand dollars ($1,000) spending cash.

• Tickets for two (2) to the World Poker Tour® Finals of the tournament (one (1) if winner advances to the final table).

GENERAL RULES FOR CLAIMING PRIZES

1. All prizes must be claimed no later than 180 days after the end of game date. See your Texas Lottery retailer or visit www.txlottery.org for the end of game date.

2. After a ticket has been validated by the Texas Lottery Commission for prizes in an amount of $600 or more, the Commission will check to verify that the claimant owes no debts under Tex.Gov't Code Section 466.407 (Deductions from Prizes), including, but not limited to, child support, student loans, or any tax or other money collected by the Texas Comptroller, the Texas Workforce Commission or the Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission. If the claimant of a prize is identified as owing an outstanding debt under Tex. Gov't Code 466.407, the debt must be satisfied before the Texas Lottery Commission will begin the process of awarding the prize.

3. To claim prizes by mail, please sign and mail your winning ticket and completed claim form to: Texas Lottery Commission, P. O. Box 16600, Austin, TX, 78761-6600. The risk of sending a ticket remains with the player. Claim forms are available at http://www.txlottery.org/online/claimform.cfm.
