ACADEMY NOMINATIONS

These are the results of the Nominations Ballots cast by over 9,000 members of the motion picture industry as announced January 27th by Academy President Jean Hersholt. The winners of these. as well as other classifications on . which nomi­ nations balloting has not been completed. will be decided by voting on Final Ballots to be mailed February 11th. Winners of all Awards will be announced at the Presen­ tation on March 7. 1946 at Grauman's Chinese Theatre.
