Step 4. Establishment The contractor will advise of completion and arrange a meeting with Owner and Contractor so that all parties can sign-off on satisfactory completion.

Step 5. Handover Two weeks after completion the contractor will arrange a final meeting with Owner and Contractor so that all parties can sign-off on handover to the Owner.
