Muita gente contribuiu e me incentivou a seguir nessa trajetória. Sempre me apoiaram. Sempre me apoiaram e me incentivaram. Palavras-chave: Narratologia, estruturas narrativas, transição de valor, emoção, engajamento, séries de TV, The Walking Dead . 7 ABSTRACT This study proposes an analysis of narratives in TV series to verify correlations of its structure and the emotional rewards offered to the viewer. The successful audiovisual narratives are supported, many of them, in classic structures that stimulate the involvement of the spectator. These formats meet the expectations of the public to provide them with cognitive rewards. In recent years, studies on emotion and their relation to these rewards obtained through immersion and projection-identification processes have grown. To do this, he does an analysis with two pilots of TV series of great success in the concurred US market, both characteristically of complex narrative and belonging to the same mythological universe, of The Walking Dead. When comparing the two pilot series, this study demonstrates the symmetry in the use of strategies that aim to thrill the viewer. NO SAFE HARBOUR ™ SEASON TWO ® ® PRESS™ KIT 01 CONTENTS 03 SYNOPSIS 04 CAST & CHARACTERS 23 PRODUCTION BIOGRAPHIES 28 INTERVIEW: DAVE ERICKSON EXECUTIVE PRODUCER & SHOWRUNNER 31 PRODUCTION CREDITS ® ™ SYNOPSIS Last season, Fear the Walking Dead explored a blended family who watched a burning, dead city as they traversed a devastated Los Angeles. In season two, the group aboard the ‘Abigail’ is unaware of the true breadth and depth of the apocalypse that surrounds them; they assume there is still a chance that some city, state, or nation might be unaffected - some place that the Infection has not reached. But as Operation Cobalt goes into full effect, the military bombs the Southland to cleanse it of the Infected, driving the Dead toward the sea. As Madison, Travis, Daniel, and their grieving families head for ports unknown, they will discover that the water may be no safer than land. ® ™ 03 CAST & CHARACTERS ® ™ 04 MADISON CLARK In many ways, the Madison of season two is the same woman we met in the pilot - a leader, a moral compass - but in a whole new devastated, apocalyptic world. As the season plays out, Madison will be faced with a world that often has no room for empathy or compassion. Forced to navigate a deceptive and manipulative chart of personalities, Madison’s success in this new world is predicated on understanding that, at the end of the world, lending a helping hand can often endanger those you love. She may maintain her maternal ferocity, but the apocalypse will force her to make decisions and sacrifices that could break even the strongest people.

Our mission | To excel at the delivery of healthcare to our community. Huntington Hospital 1 Dear friends: Quality and excellence have long been hallmarks of care at Huntington Memorial Hospital. We offer patients the best of both worlds: The personal touch of a community hospital, and the leading-edge technologies and capabilities of a world-class medical institution. In the pages that follow, you will be introduced to some of the ways in which our hospital excelled in 2010. For example: • We joined a select group of hospitals to receive approval of our application for Magnet® Recognition — certifying nursing excellence — on first submission. And in March 2011, we learned we had achieved Magnet recognition. • We received an elite level of distinction from the American Heart Association/ American Stroke Association for exceeding rigorous patient care guidelines. • We further paved the way for transition to electronic health records as we provided physicians with additional 21st-century tools for coordinating high- quality patient care. • In partnership with other local community organizations and in response to significant unmet local need, we created Pasadena Community Urgent Care. • We went above and beyond in the provision of complementary services, community education and spiritual care, as part of our commitment to comprehensive, unmatched patient care. Thank you for joining with us in our mission to excel at the delivery of healthcare to our community. The quality and excellence that regional patients count on would not be possible without your generous support and we are deeply grateful. Stephen A. Madison has reconnected with Travis but Alicia has been fractured by her murder of Andres. Mere miles from his mother, Nick’s first action as a leader saw Luciana ambushed by an American militia group – the couple escaped death but Nick no longer feels immortal. Recovering both emotionally and physically, Strand has his sights set on harnessing the new world’s currency, and Ofelia’s captivity will test her ability to survive and see if she can muster the savagery of her father. 3 CAST + CHARACTERS 4 4 MADISON CLARK (Kim Dickens) “The devil you know…” In season three, Madison moves beyond mercy. working hours, there will be signifcant availability of parking space on the BG Group rCampus for anv other communitv use outside of these hours-when spaces used during the day by employees are vacaied. The use of the site only by the BG group between the hours of 7am-7pm can be secured by condition and the applicant has indicated willingness to accept such a condition (Condition 7). 15. The Highway Authority considers that the community uses outside of the above hours are unlikely to generate any unsuitably high demand upon the network due to the unconditioned hours being outside of peak network hours. The BG Group campus has a very significant number of parking spaces which would be available to external users at these times. On this basis the Highway Authority do not consider that a condition restricting the numbers or type of community uses will be necessary. 16. The BG Group Travel Plan will need to be updated to reflect the changes in car parking to ensure that sustainable modes of travel continue to be promoted. It should also assess transport options to the new recreational use which could be used outside normal working hours. 17. The Highway Authority raises no objection to the proposal subject to conditions (4, 5, 6, and 7) and as such the scheme is considered to accord with policy CP6 of the Core Strategy. Trees and Landscapes: 18. The Landscape Architect has no objection to the proposed multi-use recreational space. It is considered that the proposal will not have any additional visual or physical impact on the wider river valley landscape to the north of the site over that of the previous uses on the site.
