Islamabad, the 26th March, 2019
SUBJECT:— CORRIGENDUM/ NOTIFICATION FOR CHANGE OF RO APPOINTED FOR THE CONDUCT OF ELECTION TO THE VACANT SEAT OF NAIB NAZIM IN VILLAGE COUNCIL RIRI OWIR DISTRICT CHITRAL.
No. F. 23(1)/2018-LGE-KPK(Vol-VI).—In partial modification of this Commission’s Notification No. F. 23(1)/2018-LGE-KPK (VoI-II) dated 9th August, 2018 containing appointment of Returning Officer for the conduct of election to the vacant seat of Naib Nazim in Village Council Riri Owir District Chitral of KP province and in exercise of the powers conferred upon it under Article 140A (2) of the Constitution of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, Section 75(1) of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Local Government Act, 2013 read with Rule 9 of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Local Councils (Conduct of Elections) Rules, 2014 and all other powers enabling it in that behalf, the Election Commission of Pakistan directs that the following amendment shall be made in the aforesaid notification:-

No. F. 4(18)/2019-LGE(P)(II).—In partial modification of this Commission’s Notification of even number dated 14th March 2019, containing appointment of District Returning Officers, Returning Officers, Assistant Returning Officers and Appellate Authorities for the conduct of Local Government Bye-Elections to the Indirect Vacant Seats in the Local Government Institutions of the Punjab Province, in pursuance of the provision of Article 140A of the Constitution of Islamic Republic of Pakistan read with sub- rule 10 of Rule 14 of the Punjab Local Government (Conduct of Elections) Rules, 2013 and all other powers enabling it in that behalf, the Election Commission of Pakistan hereby directs as under:
Sr. AMENDMENT No. Under Column No.7 against Sr. No.10, the existing entry appearing as “Mr. Sabir Sultan, Addl. Distt. & Sessions Judge, Fortabbas, 1 District Bahawalnagar” is substituted with “Mr. Khalid Mahmood, Additional District & Sessions Judge, Fortabbas”.
