THAWING AND HEATING INFORMATION

We recommend thawing bags of our frozen items in your fridge and heating to 165°F before serving, or as directed by your state health department. If the product you are using comes in a tipper tie bag, you do not need to remove the metal clip to open the bag. Simply thaw and then cut the bag open from the bottom and pour out our fully-cooked READY TO USE FULLY COOKED, FULLY products to heat or serve.
