You are hereby summoned to a Planning & Highways Committee meeting of Worth Parish Council, to be held remotely on 7th July 2020 commencing at 10.00am, via Zoom video conferencing, where the following business will be considered and transacted. 1. Public Question Time – 15 minutes – To receive, and act upon if considered necessary, comments made by members of the public.

Members of the Public are welcome to ask questions of the Council on matters that arise under its remit. However, these should be submitted to the Clerk at least 24 hours in advance of the start time for the meeting. If the number of participants exceed the permitted participant limit, members of the public will not be allowed to join the meeting.
