(ex Ozzy Osbourne, FIREWIND e solo artist) l’ultimo grande ospite della IV edizione del METAL FOR KIDS. UNITED! All-Star Charity Jam che si terrà Sabato 25 maggio 2019 al Crossroads di Roma. Il ricavato dell'incasso e parte della raccolta di crowdfunding lanciata su GoFundMe di questa edizione sarà devoluto in beneficenza alla Associazione Peter Pan Onlus di Roma (peterpanonlus.it) che dal 1994 sostiene i bambini malati di cancro che vengono con le loro famiglie nella capitale per potersi curare. Ricordiamo che oltre a GUS G. hanno aderito all’iniziativa anche altri prestigiosi musicisti internazionali come il cantante Ralf Scheepers (Primal Fear, ex Gamma Ray) e il chitarrista Roland Grapow (Masterplan, ex Helloween) dalla Germania, il chitarrista/produttore Roy Z (Bruce Dickinson, Halford/Judas Priest) e il cantante Brian O’Connor (ex Vicious Rumors, Consfearacy) dagli Stati Uniti ed oltre 30 nomi noti a livello internazionale del panorama Heavy Metal italiano, con lo scopo di portare un grande evento benefico nella capitale. Nelle 3 edizioni passate sono stati donati oltre € 5.000 a enti no profit e Onlus impegnate sul territorio italiano nell’aiuto ai bambini e alle loro famiglie. Fabrizio Troiano, presidente dell’Associazione Culturale “Metal For Kids United” ed organizzatore dell’evento: “La concreta utilità e la tangibile serietà dell’Associazione Peter Pan Onlus unita alla forte energia emotiva che si vive all’interno della Grande Casa, ci hanno colpito in modo significativo, convincendoci da subito a sostenere questa realtà fondamentale per tutte le famiglie italiane. Dal 25 marzo, data in cui abbiamo ufficialmente annunciato il festival, abbiamo continuato a ricevere numerose richieste di partecipazione di musicisti da tutto il mondo, tra cui anche la più recente adesione di Gus G., dimostrandoci di riconoscere l’alto valore benefico dell’iniziativa. Per questo motivo abbiamo deciso di allargare la campagna attraverso la piattaforma globale GoFundMe, uno strumento fondamentale per raccogliere ulteriori donazioni che si andranno a sommare all’incasso della biglietteria. Tutto questo per dare la possibilità di essere parte attiva in questo grande evento di solidarietà anche a chi non potrà partecipare dal vivo allo show. La campagna, al momento al 20% del suo target, ha l’obiettivo di raccogliere € 10.000 entro il 25 maggio (gofundme.com/metal-for-kids-united-against-kids-cancer). LO SHOW L’evento avrà una durata di oltre 5 ore di musica dalle ore 19.00 alle ore 2.00. Il costo del biglietto di ingresso avrà anche quest’anno un “prezzo sociale” di € 15. Per il pubblico più giovane (fino a 14 anni) è stato introdotto il biglietto ridotto a € 5 per consentire anche alle famiglie di partecipare. Per i più piccoli verranno messe a disposizione cuffie di riduzione del rumore. Regarding the vocals there's therefore surely nothing to nag about and many facets are served. Musically, drummer Tuomo Lassila is in first place of the availability. He played from 1987 til 1995 personally alongside of Tolkki and he was currently on the road with the band Conquest. The chemistry is right there, what can be felt and heard due to the new songs. Keyboardist Antti Ikonen was equally long in Stratovarius working with Tolkki and on the new work he also does his job masterly great. After the completely chanted solo and somehow goosebumps causing intro, it directly starts off with "Jerusalem is Falling".

I examine three significant roles – musicians, audiences, and mediators, and focus on the interaction between the localized Chinese metal scene and metal globalization. This thesis project uses multiple methods, including textual analysis, observation, surveys, and in-depth interviews. In this thesis, I illustrate an image of the Chinese metal scene, present the characteristics and the development of metal musicians, fans, and mediators in China, discuss their contributions to scene’s construction, and analyze various internal and external factors that influence the localization of metal in China. After that, I argue that the development and the localization of the metal scene in China goes through three stages, the emerging stage (1988-1996), the underground stage (1997-2005), the indie stage (2006-present), with Chinese characteristics.
