Section 27.1419 of the Commission’s Rules, FOX Corporation (“Fox”) hereby elects lump sum payment for the 3.7-4.2 GHz band relocation expenses.1 We attach to this Election a list of earth station sites containing all of the required information as detailed in paragraph 41 of the Lump Sum Public Notice (Attachment A)along with the required certification as detailed in paragraph 42 of the Lump Sum Public Notice (Attachment B). The total lump sum amount for 553 receive-only ES multi-feed antennas is $9,399,341.00.
