Get off the Couch... Portland SmartTrips is Here! Spring has sprung and it’s time to get out and get active with Portland SmartTrips. Together with Portland Sunday Parkways, presented by Kaiser Permamente, SmartTrips brings you opportunities galore to learn, practice, experience and explore Portland’s unique and diverse neighborhoods. We have over 60 walks, rides and classes throughout the spring, summer and fall – for every age or the whole family – to choose from. Our classes and activities are spread all over Portland this year.

The Ten Toe Express walks really can make a difference in your health and we have 16 fun-filled and information packed walks for 2014.
