Prof. Achyuta Samanta and Ms. Taapsee Pannu, Bollywood actor at the set of KBC Karamveer Special. Prof. Achyuta Samanta, Founder, KIIT & KISS took a turn on the hot seat of Kaun Banega Crorepati (KBC) on November 15, 2019. He featured on the Karamveer Special of KBC 11 telecast on November 15 on Sony Entertainment Television Channel.

He shared the screen not only with host Amitabh Bachchan, but also with Bollywood actor Taapsee Pannu who was his co- participant in the show. Prof. Samanta talked about his childhood struggles, rise to large-scale philanthropy, journey as an educationist and tryst with statesmanship.
