Malmesbury Malmesbury United Reformed Church, West Street, Malmesbury, SN16 0AR Now operating a delivery https://malmesburydistrict.foodbank.org.uk/ service During the pandemic, the MaD Foodbank is closed to clients but is now operating a delivery service. • You should continue to request red vouchers from your usual referrer, by phone or by email. • Your referrer will issue appropriate vouchers as usual. • Referrers will then photograph the vouchers and send them by email direct to MaD Foodbank, copied to you if you wish. • You can also email photographs of any vouchers you already have. Make sure the photograph shows the whole of the voucher. • The email address is [email protected]. • You do not need to send vouchers on days on which the Foodbank is normally open – They will be working every day from Monday to Friday. • Volunteers will deliver food parcels direct to clients’ homes in response to the red vouchers we receive. You do not need to come to the Foodbank. • Vouchers received before 12 noon will normally be delivered that afternoon; vouchers received after 12 noon will normally be delivered the following afternoon (excluding weekends). • Deliveries will normally happen between 2pm and 4pm; clients are expected to be at home to receive deliveries. • Bags will be left on the doorstep and the bell rung to notify you that it’s there but no physical contact with you will be made by the drivers. • If there is no-one at home, food will be left on the doorstep – that is your risk. Food which goes missing after delivery will not be replaced. • Please do not call us to ask when your delivery will be coming – this will only delay deliveries for everyone.
