MEET YOUR LOCAL TEAM Dan Procter - Business Manager, St. Annes & Fleetwood With over 13 years experience of working within the industry, Dan has a wealth of knowledge of both sales and lettings. Keen to provide excellent customer service, he has always worked locally along the Fylde Coast. Originating from St Annes, Dan oversees the running of both of our branches in St Annes & Fleetwood and is our expert Property Valuer and Photographer. He provides our clients with accurate market information and strives to “go the extra mile.” When not at work Dan’s main hobby is creating bits of art and furniture using nothing but pallets. Lauren Procter - Sales Manager, St. Annes Lauren joined the Whitegates family in 2017 but brings with her nearly 8 years experience in Sales and Lettings. Lauren is the main port of call when it comes to progressing your sale, and is always on hand to ensure a smooth transaction. In her spare time, Lauren loves taking her two dogs for a run on the beach, and with her bright red hair, you can’t miss her! Alex Cameron – Sales Manager, Fleetwood Alex joined us in 2017 and has nearly 7 years of working within the property industry. Outside of work, Alex’s favourite subject is football and he can quite often be found at various football pitches, supporting his two children and blaming the referee for something. Caroline Cutler – Lettings Manager, Fleetwood Caroline joined us in 2017 as the new Lettings Manager boasting nearly 12 years experience in the industry. Caroline is always happy to put the kettle on at any time, so feel free to pop in and have a brew. In her spare time, Caroline spends most of her time with her family and friends. Danny Johnson - Lettings Negotiator Danny joined Whitegates in December 2016 on the National Apprentice Scheme. Primarily based in our Fleetwood office, Danny works closely with Caroline to ensure the smooth running of the portfolio, mainly focusing on maintenance issues and inspections. December 2017 saw Danny complete his Apprenticeship and has now become a fully fledged Lettings Negotiator. When not working, Danny can be found playing football and generally having a laugh with friends. Chris Leathem - Accountant, St. Annes & Fleetwood Chris has been with the company since the beginning and works between both our St Annes and Fleetwood offices.
