CEO’S FOREWORD This year has not been the one any of us expected. As I write to reflect on 2020 amidst another lockdown, it is very hard to imagine a time before the current pandemic brought the world to a standstill. It has been a difficult period, with unparalleled loss for many. But there is hope. Vaccines are rolling out and we continue to adapt. Humanity is resourceful, and it has been humbling to witness the tremendous goodwill and sense of community as people work together to make this better.
